In this paper, hyper vector spaces, in the sense of Krasner have been studied andVector (pseudo) fuzzy topological hypervector spaces have been introduced, as a generalization of them. In a fuzzy (quasi-)topological hypervector space, we show every its quotient hypervector space by a sub-hypervector space, is again a fuzzy (quasi-)topological hypervector space, and we will discuss its properties. Finally, we introduce the product of two fuzzy quasi-topological hypervector spaces on a specific hyperfield, and show that the product of two fuzzy quasi-topological hypervector spaces is a fuzzy quasi-topological hypervector spaces. Finally, we obtain some important properties of these topological fuzzy topological hypervector spaces. In this paper, hyper vector spaces, in the sense of Krasner have been studied andVector (pseudo) fuzzy topological hypervector spaces have been introduced, as a generalization of them. ýIn the paperý, ýwe study duality for vector equilibrium problems using a concept of generalized convexity in dealing with the quasi-relative interiorý. ýThený, ýtheir applications to optimality conditions for quasi-relative efficient solutions are obtainedý. ýOur results are extensions of several existing ones in the literature when the ordering cones in both the objective space and the constraint space have possibly empty interior.

The aim of this short note is to introduce the concepts of prime and semiprime ideals in ordered AG-groupoids with left identity. These concepts are related to the concepts of quasi-prime and quasi-semiprime ideals, play an important role in studying the structure of ordered AG-groupoids, so it seems to be interesting to study them.

Let R be a commutative ring. The purpose of this article is to introduce a new class of ideals of R called weakly irreducible ideals. This class could be a generalization of the families quasi-primary ideals and strongly irreducible ideals. The relationships between the notions primary, quasi-primary, weakly irreducible, strongly irreducible and irreducible ideals, in different rings, has been given. Also the relations between weakly irreducible ideals of R and weakly irreducible ideals of localizations of the ring Rare also studied.

This article presents an analytic approach to study admissibility conditions related to classical full wavelet systems over finite fields using tools from computational harmonic analysis and theoretical linear algebra. It is shown that for a large class of non-zero window signals (wavelets), the generated classical full wavelet systems constitute a frame whose canonical dual are classical full wavelet frames as well, and hence each vector defined over a finite field can be represented as a finite coherent sum of classical wavelet coefficients as well.

The object of the present paper is to study spacetimes admittingý ýquasi-conformal curvature tensorý. ýAt first we prove that a quasi-conformally flat spacetime is Einsteiný ýand hence it is of constant curvature and the energy momentum tensor of such a spacetime satisfyingý ýEinstein's field equation with cosmological constant is covariant constantý. ýNextý, ýwe prove that if the perfect fluid pacetime withý ývanishing quasi-conformal curvature tensor obeys Einstein's field equation without cosmological constantý, ýthen the spacetime has constant energy density and isotropic pressure and the perfect fluid always behaveý ýas a cosmological constant and also such a spacetime is infinitesimally spatially isotropic relative to the unit timelike vector field Uý. ýMoreoverý, ýit is shown that in a purely electromagnetic distribution the spacetime with vanishing quasi-conformal curvature tensor is filled withý ýradiation and extremely hot gasesý. ýWe also study dust-like fluid spacetime with vanishing quasi-conformal curvature tensor.

Let $(R,fm)$ be a Gorenstein local ring and $M,N$ be two finitely generated modules over $R$. Nagel proved that if $M$ and $N$ are in the same even liaison class, then one has $H^i_{fm}(M)cong H^i_{fm}(N)$ for all $iIn this paper, we provide a short proof to this result.

An ideal I of a ring R is called right Baer-ideal if there exists an idempotent e 2 R such that r(I) = eR. We know that R is quasi-Baer if every ideal of R is a right Baer-ideal, R is n-generalized right quasi-Baer if for each I E R the ideal In is right Baer-ideal, and R is right principaly quasi-Baer if every principal right ideal of R is a right Baer-ideal. Therefore the concept of Baer ideal is important. In this paper we investigate some properties of Baer-ideals and give a characterization of Baer-ideals in 2-by-2 generalized triangular matrix rings, full and upper triangular matrix rings, semiprime ring and ring of continuous functions. Finally, we find equivalent conditions for which the 2-by-2 generalized triangular matrix ring is right SA.

In this paper we investigate decompositions of submodules in modules over a Proufer domain into intersections of quasi-primary and classical quasi-primary submodules. In particular, existence and uniqueness of quasi-primary decompositions in modules over a Proufer domain of finite character are proved.

Artificial neural networks have the advantages such as learning, adaptation, fault-tolerance, parallelism and generalization. This paper is a scrutiny on the application of diverse learning methods in speed of convergence in neural networks. For this aim, first we introduce a perceptron method based on artificial neural networks which has been applied for solving a non-singular system of linear equations. Next two famous learning techniques namely, the steepest descent and quasi-Newton methods are employed to adjust connection weights of the neural net. The main aim of this study is to compare ability and efficacy of the techniques in speed of convergence of the present neural net. Finally, we illustrate our results on some numerical examples with computer simulations.

The notion of quasi-Einstein metric in physics is equivalent to the notion of Ricci soliton in Riemannian spaces. Quasi-Einstein metrics serve also as solution to the Ricci flow equation. Here, the Riemannian metric is replaced by a Hessian matrix derived from a Finsler structure and a quasi-Einstein Finsler metric is defined. In compact case, it is proved that the quasi-Einstein metrics are solutions to the Finslerian Ricci flow and conversely, certain form of solutions to the Finslerian Ricci flow are quasi-Einstein Finsler metrics.

Let $R$ be a commutative ring with identity. A proper ideal $P$ of $R$ is a $(n-1,n)$-$Phi_m$-prime ($(n-1,n)$-weakly prime) ideal if $a_1,ldots,a_nin R$, $a_1cdots a_nin Pbackslash P^m$ ($a_1cdots a_nin Pbackslash {0}$) implies $a_1cdots a_{i-1}a_{i+1}cdots a_nin P$, for some $iin{1,ldots,n}$; ($m,ngeq 2$). In this paper several results concerning $(n-1,n)$-$Phi_m$-prime and $(n-1,n)$-weakly prime ideals are proved. We show that in a Noetherian domain a $Phi_m$-prime ideal is primary and we show that in some well known rings $(n-1,n)$-$Phi_m$-prime ideals and $(n-1,n)$-prime ideals coincide.

The notions of quasi-prime submodules and developed Zariski topology was introduced by the present authors in \cite{ah10}. In this paper we use these notions to define a scheme. For an R-module M, let X:={Q∈q\Spec(M)∣(Q:RM)∈\Spec(R)}. It is proved that (X,OX) is a locally ringed space. We study the morphism of locally ringed spaces induced by R-homomorphism M→N, and also by ring homomorphism R→S. Among other results, we show that (X,OX) is a scheme by putting some suitable conditions on M.

A group is called morphic if for each normal endomorphism α in end(G),there exists β such that ker(α)= Gβ and Gα= ker(β). In this paper, we consider the case that there exist normal endomorphisms β and γ such that ker(α)= Gβ and Gα = ker(γ). We call G quasi morphic, if this happens for any normal endomorphism α in end(G). We get the following
    Results
G is quasi-morphic if and only if, for any normal subgroup K and N such that G/K≌N, there exist normal subgroup T and H such that G/T≌K and G/N≌H. Further, we investigate the quasi-morphic property of finitely generated abelian group and get that a finitely generated abelian group is quasi-morphic if and only if it is finite.

We prove a strong convergence result for a sequence generated by Halpern's type iteration for approximating a common fixed point of a countable family of quasi-Lipschitzian mappings in a real Hilbert space. Consequently, we apply our results to the problem of finding a common fixed point of asymptotically nonexpansive mappings, an equilibrium problem, and a variational inequality problem for continuous monotone mappings.

If $G$ is a finite linear group of degree $n$, that is, a finite group of automorphisms of an $n$-dimensional complex vector space, or equivalently, a finite group of non-singular matrices of order $n$ with complex coefficients, we shall say that $G$ is a quasi-permutation group if the trace of every element of $G$ is a non-negative rational integer. By a quasi-permutation matrix we mean a square matrix over the complex field $C$ with non-negative integral trace. Thus every permutation matrix over $C$ is a quasi-permutation matrix. For a given finite group $G$, let $c(G)$ denote the minimal degree of a faithful representation of $G$ by quasi-permutation matrices over the complex numbers and let $r(G)$ denote the minimal degree of a faithful rational valued complex character of $G$. The purpose of this paper is to calculate $c(G)$ and $r(G)$ for the Borel and parabolic subgroups of Steinberg''s triality groups.
