    In the current competitive environment and globalization, every organization is trying continuously to get better to stay competitive with their global rivals. So, most Manufacturing companies pursue to improve their productivity to meet the highly demanding business market by using effectively the resources, eliminating wastes, enhancement of process flow, and continuous improvement. There are many tools and strategies to improve productivity. Therefore, selecting appropriate strategies is an essential problem that faces most companies. Lean Manufacturing (LM) is a powerful system that improves efficiency, productivity, quality and reduces costs in any company. One of the reasons to fail the lean program's implementation is the lack of a clear understanding about what are lean performance and its evaluation. Lean level assessment can be considered a guide for the organization through their lean journey where it is the first step that led to the control and finally to improve the enterprise performances. Nowadays fuzzy Multicriteria Decision Making (FMCDM) can be considered one of the most efficient approaches to assess the lean performance level for any manufacturing enterprise to identify if the enterprise is near or far from the ideal implementation of the lean principles. The contributions of this review paper are; highlighting on Fuzzy Technique of order preferences by similarity to ideal solution( Fuzzy TOPSIS) and Fuzzy Multi criteria Optimization and compromise solution (FuzzyVIKOR) as  distance-based methods for assessment  the current lean performance for manufacturing enterprises   and  help them to improve continuously their performance ; review the most common lean assessment methods; highlighting lean dimensions and criteria that can be used in lean assessment  by Fuzzy TOPSIS and Fuzzy VIKOR with illustrate the various criteria weighting methods. This review paper can be considered as a guide for researchers who interest in lean performance assessment that will fill some gaps in field of lean assessment level.

    This study aims to verify the main factors influencing turnover intention in the Iran hospitality industry. The objective of this study is to construct a fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS model to evaluate the dimensions of the hotel employee turnover intention model. The performance evaluation for employee turnover intention includes work itself, supervision, coworkers relationship, salary and benefit, career opportunities, job stress, perceived risk, and job insecurity. These dimensions generate a final evaluation for ranking priority among the employee turnover intention of the proposed model. The importance of dimensions is evaluated by 20 experts, and decision-making is processed through the fuzzy concept and fuzzy environment. From the critical fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS analysis results, the study shows that the most important dimensions of employee turnover intention in the hotel industry model are salary and benefits. Moreover, the results indicate that the least important dimensions are the Co-workers Relationship, Supervision, and Career Opportunities. The second group dimensions that impact employee turnover in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic are work itself, job stress perceived risk, and job insecurity. In addition, this study’s results show that three-star hotels have the highest value of turnover intention; the second is the Four and Five-star hotels, and the third is the below three-star hotels. The results of the study will help businesses in the field of hospitality have a more comprehensive view of human resource management activities. Especially, this study provides implications for hotel managers in understanding employee behavior and their turnover intention during the context of the COVID-19 epidemic based on the eight proposed dimensions.

    Globalization and increased virtual communication have posed many challenges to high-tech companies; hence, such companies are sparing efforts to detect the best technologies in this field to solve new and emerging challenges addressing traffic load, communication system security, and infrastructure optimization. Telecommunications companies deal with a highly dynamic and uncertain environment, where their relevant technologies are changing and developing at an increasing speed. Regarding such an environment in telecommunications companies, the present study aimed to present an efficient model for formulating technology strategies for these companies. The proposed model is a hybrid method of attractiveness-capability matrix and, multi-criteria decision-making approaches in an uncertain and dynamic environment. The model provides the attractiveness-capability evaluation factors and criteria regarding the requirements of dynamic and uncertain environments in these companies. This approach provides a more accurate picture of the rapidly changing technologies in formulating technology strategy. The model also used the fuzzy TOPSIS to control the uncertainty aroused by widespread emerging technologies in such organizations. The proposed model is implemented concerning the requirements of the Mobile Communications Company of Iran (MCI), and its results are discussed in detail.

    امروزه کیفیت یکی از مهمترین عامل ها در جلب رضایت و وفاداری مشتریان برای سازمان های خدماتی است. بنابراین، یکی از دغدغه های اصلی مدیران بالابردن کیفیت خدمات است. با پیشرفت اینترنت و دنیای ارتباطات مفهومی به نام رایانش ابری در دنیای ارتباطات گسترش یافته است که الگویی تازه برای عرضه، مصرف و تحویل خدمات رایانشی را ارایه می کند. هدف از این پژوهش، تصمیم گیری بهینه در انتخاب سرویس ابری مناسب با توجه به شرایط کاربران است به نحوی که آنان به بالاترین رضایت برسند. روش دلفی فازی، روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی، روش تاپسیس فازی و در نهایت روش تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره روش های به کارگرفته شده در این پژوهش است. نتایج روش دلفی فازی نشان می دهد که شاخص‌های شفافیت، دسترسی و قابلیت اطمینان بایستی حذف شوند. نتایج تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی شاخص هزینه را به عنوان مهمترین شاخص و شاخص پشتیبانی در هنگام تقاضا را به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین شاخص شناسایی نمود. با توجه به نتایج تاپسیس فازی براساس وزن‌های حاصل از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی نیز به ترتیب سرویس‌های ابری SAAS، IAAS و PAAS رتبه اول تا سوم را به خود اختصاص دادند. استفاده از سرویس SAAS مزایای بی شماری را از قبیل کاهش زمان و هزینه صرف شده جهت کارهای زمان گیر مانند نصب، مدیریت و ارتقاء نرم افزار برای کارمندان و شرکت‌ها فراهم می‌کند.

    Today, quality is one of the most important factors in attracting customer satisfaction and loyalty to service organizations. Therefore, one of the main concerns of managers is to improve the quality of services. With the development of the Internet and the world of communications, a concept called cloud computing has expanded in the world of communications, which provides a new model for the supply, consumption and delivery of computing services. The purpose of this study is to make the optimal decision in choosing the appropriate cloud service according to the conditions of users so that they achieve the highest satisfaction. Fuzzy Delphi method, fuzzy hierarchical analysis method, fuzzy TOPSIS method and finally multi-criteria decision making method are the methods used in this research. The results of the fuzzy Delphi method show that the indicators of transparency, accessibility and reliability should be eliminated. The results of fuzzy hierarchical analysis identified the cost index as the most important index and the support index during demand as the least important index. According to the results of fuzzy TOPSIS based on the weights obtained from fuzzy hierarchical analysis, SAAS, IAAS and PAAS cloud services were ranked first to third, respectively. Using the SAAS service provides numerous benefits to employees and companies, such as reducing time and money spent on time-consuming tasks such as installing, managing, and upgrading software.

    Production companies currently face a significant environmental concern. The circular economy (CE) was raised due to those concerns. The CE is an economic system that aims to eliminate wastes by reusing them. This study aims to investigate the factors affecting the reverse supply chain in order to implement the CE in Mobarakeh Steel Company of Isfahan. Structured interviews were conducted with 13 managers and experts of the company. Among the factors in the literature, 16 factors were specifically identified as relevant to the company. We use the Delphi method in order to determine the importance and priority of the factors for the company. To analyze the data, in this research, the analytical-survey method was used and a combination of library and field research methods was used to collect information. By using these methods, we select 7 factors out of 16 that were very important for the company. They are environmental-oriented design, industrial ecology, redistribution, reuse, redesign, recycling, and reduction. We prioritize these factors using the fuzzy TOPSIS method based on 6 criteria: efficiency of steel resources, slag use, electricity consumption, water consumption, gas consumption, and SO2 emissions. The result shows that “Industrial ecology” has the 1st and “Reuse” has the 7th priority. We identify the relationships of these factors, with the help of a panel of experts and, we plot the relationships as an IDEF0 (Icam DEFinition for Function Modeling) model. This is the first attempt to configure the model of reverse supply chain factors in a steel company.

    در دهه های اخیر به دلیل گسترش شهرنشینی، درصد مناطق مسکونی و صنعتی و در نتیجه درصد مناطق نفوذناپذیر افزایش یافته است. این امر موجب افزایش رواناب سطحی شهر ها شده است. بنابراین لازم است تا با استفاده از راهکار هایی همچون روش های توسعه کم اثر، مقادیر رواناب سطحی در شهرها کنترل شود. در این پژوهش از 6 روش توسعه کم اثر (LID) که شامل: روکش نفوذپذیر، بشکه ذخیره باران، ترانشه نفوذ، سیستم نگهداشت زیستی، روکش نفوذپذیر-ترانشه نفوذ و بشکه ذخیره باران-سیستم نگهداشت زیستی، استفاده شده است. این روش ها توسط 4 شاخص کاهش حجم رواناب، کاهش دبی اوج رواناب، اقتصادی و اجتماعی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. برای تعیین مقادیر شاخص های هیدرولوژیک حجم و دبی اوج رواناب از مدل SWMM، برای تعیین مقادیر شاخص اقتصادی (هزینه) از فهرست آنالیز بها و برای شاخص اجتماعی، تعداد 20 پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان محلی، تکمیل شد. در ادامه و به منظور اولویت بندی روش های LID، از دو معیار تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه شامل: TOPSIS و Fuzzy TOPSIS، با در نظر گرفتن حالت های وزن دهی آنتروپی شانون، یکسان، تاکید بر معیار اقتصادی و تاکید بر معیار هیدرولوژیک برای روش TOPSIS و حالت وزن دهی آنتروپی شانون فازی برای روشFuzzy TOPSIS ، استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که در روش TOPSIS و در حالت های وزن دهی یکسان، تاکید بر معیار اقتصادی و تاکید بر معیار هیدرولوژیک، سناریوی ترکیبی بشکه باران-سیستم نگهداشت زیستی و در حالت وزن دهی آنتروپی شانون، سناریوی بشکه باران به عنوان سناریوی برتر انتخاب شدند. همچنین در روش Fuzzy TOPSIS، سناریوی سیستم نگهداشت زیستی، رتبه اول را کسب نمود.

    In recent decades, the percentage of residential areas has increased due to the expansion of urbanization. This has led to an increase in the percentage of impermeable areas, thus increasing surface runoff in cities. Therefore, it is necessary to control surface runoff values using strategies such as low-impact development (LID) methods in cities. In this study, 6 LID methods have been used, namely permeable pavement, rain barrel, infiltration trench, bio-retention system, impermeable pavement-infiltration trench, and rain barrel-bio-retention system. These methods have been evaluated by 4 criteria which are: reduction of runoff volume, reduction of peak discharge of runoff, economic and social criteria. The SWMM model has been used to determine the values of hydrological criteria. To determine the values of the economic criteria (cost), the price analysis list, and the social criteria, a questionnaire has been used by experts in the field. To prioritize LID methods, the Fuzzy TOPSIS and TOPSIS multi-character decision-making criteria have been used, in terms of the weighted entropy of the fuzzy Shannon for the Fuzzy TOPSIS method and terms of the weighted entropy, equal, emphasis on hydrological criteria and emphasis on economic criteria, for TOPSIS method. The results showed that in the TOPSIS method in terms of the weighted equal, emphasis on economic criterion and emphasis on hydrological criterion, bio-retention system & rain barrel and, in terms of the weighted entropy, rain barrel, selected as the best scenario. In the Fuzzy TOPSIS method, the rain barrel scenario was selected as the most efficient scenario and ranked first in the study area.

    One of the key pillars of any operating system is its proper software performance. Software failure can have dangerous effects and consequences and can lead to adverse and undesirable events in the design or use phases. The goal of this study is to identify and evaluate the most significant software risks based on the FMEA indices with respect to reduce the risk level by means of experts’ opinions. To this end, TOPSIS as one of the most applicable methods of prioritizing and ordering the significance of events has been used. Since uncertainty in the data is inevitable, the entropy principle has been applied with the help of fuzzy theory to overcome this problem to weigh the specified indices.The applicability and effectiveness of the proposed approach is validated through a real case study risk analysis of an Air/Space software system. The results show that the proposed approach is valid and can provide valuable and effective information in assisting risk management decision making of our software system that is in the early stages of software life cycle. After obtaining the events and assessing their risk using the existing method, finally, suggestions are given to reduce the risk of the event with a higher risk rating.

    دوباره کاری یکی از مشکلات مهم در صنعت ساخت وساز می باشد. با وجود مطالعات فراوانی که در حیطه دوباره کاری در جهان صورت گرفته است، فقدان بررسی جامع عوامل ایجاد دوباره کاری در ایران، احساس می شود. علاوه بر این، روشی کارآمد و اثرگذار برای بهبود اساسی مسایل مربوط به دوباره کاری، نه تنها در ایران بلکه در سایر کشورها نیز مورد نیاز است. بنابراین، در این پژوهش سعی شد با استفاده از روش پیمایش از طریق پرسشنامه، عوامل اصلی ایجاد دوباره کاری در ایران شناسایی شده و بر اساس معیارهای هزینه، زمان، کیفیت، ایمنی و رضایت تیم پروژه با روش فازی-تاپسیس رتبه بندی شوند. سپس، تکنیک های ساخت وساز ناب به عنوان راهکاری برای پیشگیری از رخداد دوباره کاری مورد بررسی قرارگرفتند و اثرگذاری این تکنیک ها بر اهمیت عوامل دوباره کاری مورد آزمایش قرارگرفت. نتایج حاصل از 52 پرسشنامه نشان دادند که عوامل مربوط به کارفرما، فاز ساخت و فاز طراحی به ترتیب سه عامل اصلی دوباره کاری در ایران هستند. عوامل تخصیص ناکارآمد منابع، تغییر سفارشات کارفرما، تاخیر در تامین مالی و ارایه تحویل دادنی های قرارداد، سطح مهارت ناکافی، و مدیریت ناکارآمد نیز به ترتیب با اهمیت ترین عوامل جزیی دوباره کاری می باشند. از طرفی، میزان ناب سازی پروژه ها از طریق سیستم نمره دهی ناب و با 14 فاکتور بررسی شد. نتایج نشان دادند که با وجود اینکه تکنیک های ناب بصورت تخصصی در پروژه ها اجرا نمی شوند، برخی فاکتورهای ساخت وساز ناب مورد بررسی در این پژوهش (از جمله تمرکز بر وضعیت ارتباطات و همکاری، استفاده از IT و RFI،) بصورت معناداری دوباره کاری و اهمیت دلایل ایجاد آن را تحت تاثیر قرار می دهند.

    Rework is one of the common problems in the construction industry. Despite the many studies that have taken place in the world, the lack of a comprehensive examination of the rework causes in Iran is evident. In addition, there is a need to provide an efficient and effective way to improve the rework issues. Therefore, in this study, using the survey method through the questionnaire, the main factors of rework in Iran were identified and ranked according to the criteria of cost, time, quality, safety and satisfaction of the project team by Fuzzy-TOPSIS method. Then, lean construction techniques were considered as a strategy to prevent rework, and the impact of these techniques on the importance of the rework factors was tested. The results of 52 questionnaires showed that the factors related to the client, the construction phase and the design phase were three main factors of the rework in Iran. Factors for insufficient turnover and commissioning resourcing, late client changes, delaying financing and contract delivery, insufficient skill levels, and ineffective management of project team are also the most important sub-factors, respectively. On the other hand, the lean construction measuring of the projects was examined through the Lean Project Rating System (LPRS) with 14 factors. The results showed that some of the lean construction factors considered in this study (including focus on communication and collaboration status, the use of IT and RFI, and the use of BIM) significantly alter rework and the importance of the its causes.

    هدف از انجام این تحقیق ارزیابی ریسک های زیست محیطی سد البرز بر روی رودخانه بابلرود واقع در شهرستان بابل، با استفاده از روش های تصمیم گیری چند شاخصه بود. در ابتدا به شناسایی محیط زیست محدوده مورد مطالعه پرداخته شد و سپس لیستی از ریسک های زیست محیطی شناسایی شده، در فاز ساختمانی و بهره برداری تهیه و در قالب پرسشنامه در اختیار کارشناسان محیط زیست و آشنا با حوزه سد البرز قرار داده شد. ریسک های زیست محیطی براساس سه شاخص شدت وقوع، احتمال وقوع و اهمیت ریسک، طبق طیف امتیازدهی لیکرت توسط کارشناسان امتیازدهی گردید، سپس با استفاده از روش های تاپسیس و تاپسیس فازی رتبه بندی ریسک های زیست محیطی انجام شد. مهمترین ریسک های سد البرز با استفاده از روش تاپسیس در فاز ساختمانی به ترتیب: تخریب جنگل در محدوده سد با امتیاز 926/0 ، جابه جایی ساکنان مخزن سد با امتیاز 837/0 و در فاز بهره برداری به ترتیب: لایه بندی حرارتی مخزن سد با امتیاز 847/0 ، زمین لغزش با امتیاز 751/0 ، همچنین مهمترین ریسک های سد البرز با استفاده از روش تاپسیس فازی در فاز ساختمانی به ترتیب: جابه جایی ساکنان مخزن سد با امتیاز 682/0 ، تخریب جنگل در محدوده سد با امتیاز 677/0 و در فاز بهره برداری به ترتیب: لایه بندی حرارتی مخزن سد با امتیاز 645/0 ، زمین لغزش با امتیاز 630/0 بدست آمد و در نهایت برای رفع تعارض بین نتایج از یکی از روش های ادغام (روش میانگین رتبه ها) استفاده شد.

    The purpose of this study was to evaluate the environmental risks of Alborz Dam on Bababrood River in Babol city, using multi-criteria decision making methods. Initially, environmental identification of the study area was carried out, Then a list of environmental risks identified in the construction and exploitation phase was prepared and presented to environmental experts familiar with the Alborz dam area in the form of a questionnaire. environmental risks scored by environmental experts based on three indicators, Severity of occurrence, Probability of occurrence, Then environmental risks ranking was performed using TOPSIS and Fuzzy TOPSIS methods. The most important risks of Alborz dam using TOPSIS method in the construction phase, respectively: Was Obtained, Destruction of forest within the dam with a score of 0.926, Displacement of reservoir residents with a score of 0.837 And in the phase of operation: Thermal stratification of dam reservoir with a score of 0.847, Landslide with a score of 0.751. Also, the most important risks of the Alborz dam using the Fuzzy Topsis method in the construction phase, respectively: Was Obtained, Displacement of reservoir residents with a score of 0.682, Demolition of forest within the dam with a score of 0.677, And in the phase of operation, respectively: Thermal stratification of dam reservoir with a score of 0.645, Landslide with a score of 0.630. Finally, one method of integration (average rating method) was used to resolve the conflict between the results.

    In today’s world, manufacturing companies are required to integrate their sources with manufacturing systems and use novel technologies in order to survive in the competitive world market. In this context, computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) and its related technologies are taken as novel and efficient schemes; therefore, selecting the best technology among them has been a challenging issue. Such an investment decision is, in nature, a multi-attribute problem. In fact, manufacturing technologies have various advantages and disadvantages which need to be considered in order to choose the best one. In this paper, we briefly study the structure and goals of computer integrated manufacturing systems, the role of different sectors in traditional and modern manufacturing systems, and the effect of information communication on them. Then, various options regarding the implementation of an integrated computer manufacturing technology are introduced and a  combined model of the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy TOPSIS is proposed to handle the above-mentioned multiple criteria decision making problem. Finally, the considered options for manufacturing technologies are ranked using a numerical example.

    In the present work, selection of right corrugated box supplier for fibre industry is studied. Decision makers independently evaluate the supplier’s strength for both qualitative (quality, reliability, flexibility, stability, capability, and availability) and quantitative (order volume, price, delivery, credit period and location) criteria’s with conflict in nature. Inappropriate choice of supplier by traditional approach could result in financial losses. Hybrid approach (Fuzzy TOPSIS and Grey relational analysis GRA) is proposed to select the right corrugated box supplier from the pool of suppliers for Fiber industry located in Goa, India. Fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied to evaluate the qualitative criteria, whereas, GRA for quantitative criteria’s for selecting the best supplier. Considering the ranks obtained from both the qualitative and quantitative criteria’s evaluated by Fuzzy TOPSIS and GRA, the best supplier is selected. In addition, sensitivity analysis is performed to know the changes in rank of suppliers with variation in preferential weights assigned to qualitative and quantitative criterion.

    فرآیند انتخاب تامین کننده مناسب که قادر به فراهم کردن نیاز خریدار از نظر محصولات باکیفیت با قیمت مناسب و در یک زمان و حجم مناسب باشد، یکی از ضروری ترین فعالیت ها برای ایجاد یک زنجیره تامین کارا است. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع، در این مقاله، برای حل مساله انتخاب تامین کننده، رویکردی ترکیبی به همراه تصمیم گیری گروهی در مسایل تصمیم گیری چند معیاره در بستر فازی شهودی بازه ای مقدار ارایه شده است. در این روش مقادیر متناسب با هر تامین کننده در بستر فازی شهودی بازه ای مقدار مشخص شده است؛ سپس اولویت های جمعی متناسب با هر تامین کننده به دست آورده می شوند و از روش تاپسیس، ضریب نزدیکی (شاخص شباهت) محاسبه و سپس تامین کننده ها بر اساس این مقدار ارزیابی می شوند. در انتها از روش برنامه ریزی هدفمند با تابع رضایت بخش برای رتبه بندی نهایی به تامین کننده ها استفاده می شود. مدل پیشنهادی به وسیله نرم افزار متلب پیاده سازی شده و با طرح سناریویی روند کاری مدل پیشنهادی برای رتبه بندی تامین کننده ها تشریح شده است.

    The main objectives of supply chain management are reducing the risk of supply chain and production cost, increase the income, improve the customer services, optimizing the achievement level, and business processes which would increase ability, competency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Further, the process of selecting the appropriate supplier capable of providing buyerchr('39')s requirements in terms of quality products with suitable price and at a suitable time and size is one of the most essential activities to create an efficient supply chain. Consequently, false decisions in the context of supplier selection would lead to negative effects. Usually, suitable supplier selection methods have been multi-criteria or attribute, so finding the optimal solution for supplier selection is demanding. The customary methods in this field have struggled with quantitative criteria however there are a wide range of qualitative criteria in supplier selection. this article has used interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets for selecting the appropriate suppliers, which reflect ambiguity and uncertainty far better than other methods. In this article, trapezoidal fuzzy membership function is used for lingual qualitative values. Goal programming satisfaction function (GPSF) is a kind of technique that helps decision makers in solving problems involving conflicting and competing criteria and objectives. Due to the importance of the issue, in this paper, hybrid approach with a group decision-making in Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) in the context of a range of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets is implemented to solve the supplier selection problem. In this model in phase 1, decision makers express their opinion about each alternative based on different attribute qualitatively, and after creating interval valued intuitionistic fuzzy membership, a new variable is defined that via its help, interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy amounts are calculated for each alternative. because of Having capabilities and comprehensiveness in their inside, not only they are better than other fuzzy sets but also they are the best for tracing the real condition and environment in order to select suppliers. Thereafter, for each alternative upper and lower bonds are calculated based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy amounts. In phase 2, Operator Weighted Average (OWA) algorithm is used to reach a collective consensus. After computing the degree of consensus, closeness coefficients is evaluated within the help of TOPSIS method, which is in fact one of the most practicable methods between multi-criteria decision-making methods, such as SAW, AHP, CP, VIKOR. With regard to closeness coefficient, the amount of closeness between individual and collective’s agreement is accounted. The main aim of this article is optimizing the closeness coefficient. The alternative with maximum closeness coefficient is closer to the ideal solution. The final goal of proposed model is ranking the suppliers, meaning that satisfy the main factors of decision making, which is why GPSF model is used. After giving goal and restrict functions, GPSF model will be solved and rank alternatives.

    This Research work explores the effective teaching method using a single case study design and produces a plenty of information about students requirements, teachers recommendations and some teaching methods and learning styles .The resulting analysis provides a complete teaching method that may develop teacher student learning interface as well as may satisfy both student’s requirements and the recommendations of teacher. The analysis also specifies the component essential to develop the relationship between teacher and students as well as the learning environment. In this analysis at first some literature review is done to know the aspects of teaching and learning methods and also different types of teaching and learning methods. From this it is easy to understand what should be the focus of learning and the strategy that can help students to empower themselves with their own thinking power .Then the survey is done among 250 students of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology to know the students requirements and teachers recommendation is also brought from the discussion with the teachers of this institute. After that according to the students requirements and teachers recommendation the candidates of teaching method is selected. And finally the Fuzzy Topsis Set Theory is applied to find out the effective teaching method which satisfies the student requirements. The characteristics and advantages are also mentioned which are able to alleviate the gaps that exist in the previous teaching methods.

    Today, the use of risk assessment methods in various industries is expanding, as there are currently more than 70 different types of qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methods in the world. These methods are usually used to identify, control and mitigate the effects of hazards. Organizations should be able to select one or a combination of several types of risk assessment methods that are explored and studied in this article. In some cases, and for the direction of some sensitive processes, especially in the chemical industry, the production of explosive and combustion products such as the gas transmission company should be analyzed before determining the type of method of all methods and the best approach with regard to financial resources, requires qualitative or quantitative or qualitative and quantitative information, time limits, trained personnel limitations, the type of application of the risk identification method, the advantages, and disadvantages of each of these systems. Generally, acceptable risk levels are different for each organization or individual, depending on financial and economic resources, technological constraints, experienced human resources, discretion and management, and underlying risks such as hidden risks. Then, using AHP, the fuzzy questionnaire was completed. Pairwise comparison of criteria and sub-criteria by experts and the use of excel software resulted in the weight of the sub-criteria and the compatibility rate. Then, using the verbal variables, five boost pressure facility with Fuzzy TOPSIS was ranked according to the relevant criteria, and the Rasht boost pressure gained the first rank.

    حفاری مکانیزه تونل های بزرگ مقطع در محیط های سنگی با مخاطرات فراوانی همراه است. هزینه بالای خرید دستگاه، برخورد به ناحیه های گسلی، هجوم آب، مچاله شوندگی و... از جمله مخاطراتی هستند که می توانند عملیات تونل سازی را برای مدت زیادی متوقف کنند. روش حفاری مکانیزه علاوه بر مزیت های قابل توجه، معایبی همچون عدم انعطاف پذیری دستگاه با شرایط پیچیده زمین شناسی، هزینه سرمایه گذاری بالا، ریسک های فنی- محیطی،  هندسی و  سیاسی را شامل می شود. با توجه به هزینه سرمایه گذاری زیاد در این روش، ارزیابی و رتبه بندی مخاطرات پیش رو اهمیت ویژه ای دارد. در این تحقیق سعی شده است تا با استفاده از روش های تصمیم گیری چندمعیاره فازی به ارزیابی ریسک های حفاری تونل غربی البرز پرداخته شود. تونل غربی البرز در بزرگ راه تهران- شمال، از جمله طرح های بزرگ راهی کشور است که برنامه ریزی حفاری آن با استفاده از ماشین مکانیزه تک سپره با مدل  EPB مدنظر قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق، با بررسی مشخصات زمین شناسی و نظر کارشناسان، 17 مخاطره محتمل، شناسایی و با روش های فازی تاپسیس و الکتره مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته اند. نتایج تحلیل نشان می دهد تجربه ناکافی تونل سازی مکانیزه پیمانکاران برای قطرهای بزرگ با رتبه ریسک 16/1، نشت گاز های سمی موجود در تونل با رتبه ریسک 83/1 و سرمایه گذاری و خرید دستگاه و تجهیزات آن با رتبه ریسک 3 به ترتیب مهم ترین مخاطره های موجود در این عملیات تونل سازی هستند.

    Mechanized excavation of the large cross section tunnels in rock condition has some hazards. Machine purchasing costs, fault zones, water inflows, squeezing, face instability, and etc. are some of the hazards which may cause excavation stop for a long time. In addition to mechanized excavation advantages, machine inflexibility in the complex geological conditions, high investment costs, technical, geometrical and political risks are the major disadvantages. Due to the high investment costs in this method, assessment and ranking the mentioned hazards are of a great importance. In this study, the tunneling risks of Alborz Western Tunnel (AWT) has been investigated using the fuzzy multi criteria decision making methods. The AWT in Tehran Shomal Highway is one of the major country project that considered to be excavated by an EPB shield machine. By analyzing geological condition and survey of some specialist's point of view, in this study, 17 possible hazards have been identified, and assessed by fuzzy TOPSIS and ELECTRE methods. Results shown that insufficient experience in mechanized tunneling of the large diameter tunnel and gas emission in the tunnel and investment and purchasing the machine are the most important risks in the project.

    Closing the supply chain loop at the end of a product’s life cycle is gaining popularity among researchers and practitioners because of its paramount influence on social and environmental issues. With the continuous adaption of the closed loop supply chain (CLSC) by developed countries, Bangladeshi automotive companies have given attention to CLSCs as a means of saving natural resources (energy, material, etc.) and reducing production costs. This paper proposed a structured framework using Delphi and fuzzy TOPSIS approaches for identifying and assessing major Bangladeshi automotive industry CLSC barriers. Through a literature review and extracting opinions from experts, a total of five major barriers and 16 sub-barriers were identified and evaluated via fuzzy TOPSIS. The result revealed that economic barriers were dominant for CLSC implementation in the existing supply chain followed by information-related barriers. This research may be a guideline to manufacturers when formulating strategic decisions and organizational visions for CLSC implementation.

    Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) includes up-to-date forecasts that lead to sales schedules, production schedules, inventory schedules, customer delivery plans, new product development plans, and financial plans. The purpose of this study is to identify the affecting factors of the implementation of the S&OP Process and determine the significance of each of them, as well as the ranking of the implementing department of this process by using the fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS. Data collections in this research, by 10 experts of different planning and production departments of Kalleh dairy production company in 2018 have been conducted. To identify the factors, research findings and expert opinion have been used and the required data have been collected through the designed questionnaires. The validity of the questionnaire has been confirmed by the experts in this area, and its reliability has been analyzed using the incompatibility rate of the AHP method. The data analysis in this study was done using coding in Eecel software. The results show that among the S&OP executing parts, the highest impact of factors on UHT section was observed with 0.56 points and the lowest impact on the concentration with 0.37 points. The major affecting factors of sales and operations planning process implementation, relations with countries of the region and the world, customs rules (roof of the outflow of currency from the country in return for raw materials) and inflation rate and currency changes are known that the organization can be grown in order to thrive to generalize these issues.

    بخش خصوصی اهمیت بسزایی در توسعه و عمران شهرها داشته و دولت ها مشوق این بخش در اجرای پروژه های عمرانی هستند. روش BOT از روش هایی است که مشارکت بخش خصوصی را در توسعه زیربنایی دولت افزایش می دهد. امروزه توجه به تامین مالی پروژه های شهری و رویکردهای جدید تامین مالی از جمله روش BOT در اکثر شهرهای بزرگ کشور و خصوصا شهر تهران یک ضرورت بشمار می رود. اما لازمه استفاده از روش BOT، پرداختن و شناخت همه ابعاد و مسایل پیش روی این روش اجرایی است. در بسیاری موارد عدم انجام پروژه ها در موعد مقرر، به علت عدم مدیریت صحیح پروژه بوده که آن هم از عدم شناخت کافی نسبت به ریسک های موجود در این پروژه ها ناشی می شود. بنابراین ارزیابی و اولویت بندی ریسک ها در پروژه هایی که به روش BOT انجام می شوند، به ویژه زمانی که تعداد عوامل ریسک زا افزایش می یابد، به عنوان بخشی مهم از فرآیند پیچیده مدیریت ریسک محسوب می شود. در این تحقیق از روش معادلات ساختاری و مدل یکپارچه فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی و روش تاپسیس فازی برای ارزیابی و اولویت بندی ریسک های موجود در پروژه های عمرانی شهرداری تهران که در قالب روش قراردادی BOT اجرا می شوند، پرداخته می شود. از معادلات ساختاری برای سنجش اعتبار ریسک های شناسایی شده استفاده می شود. از روش AHP فازی برای تعیین وزن معیارهای ارزیابی ریسک و از روش تاپسیس فازی برای ارزیابی و اولویت بندی ریسک های پروژه های BOT استفاده می شود. نتایج نشان می دهد که ریسک نوسانات قیمت مواد اولیه، ریسک افزایش نرخ تورم، ریسک نوسانات نرخ ارز و ریسک عدم کاربرد تکنیک ها و دانش مدیریت پروژه به عنوان مهم ترین ریسک ها در پروژه های BOT می باشند.

    The private sector has an important role on the development of cities, and governments are encouraging this sector to implement civilian projects. The BOT approach is one of the ways that increases private sector participation in government infrastructure development. Today, paying attention to the financing of urban projects and new financing approaches, including the BOT approach, is necessity in most of the major cities, especially in Tehran. But it is necessary to use the BOT method to address and understand all the dimensions and issues behind the implementation of this method. In many cases, failure to complete the projects in due time is due to the lack of proper management of the project, which results from a lack of understanding of the risks involved in these projects. Therefore, assessment and prioritization of risks in BOT projects, especially when the number of risk factors increases, is considered as an important part of the complex risk management process. In this paper, the method of structural equations and integrated model of fuzzy AHP and fuzzy TOPSIS are used to evaluate and prioritize the risks in Tehran Municipality's development projects that are implemented in the form of BOT contract method. Structural equations are used to measure the validity of identified risks. The fuzzy AHP method is used to determine the weight of the risk assessment criteria and the fuzzy TOPSIS method is utilized to evaluate and prioritize the risks of BOT projects. The results indicate that the risk of commodity price fluctuations, the risk of rising inflation, the risk of exchange rate fluctuations, and the risk of non-application of techniques and project management knowledge are the most important risks in BOT projects.

    Large and complex infrastructural projects, especially water and wastewater projects always exposed to various internal and external risks. Given the increasing volume and complexity of rural water and wastewater projects, the constraints on funding and resources required their success in identifying, assessing, prioritizing and managing these risks. In this research, using research literature, checklist, experts, and expert opinions, the risks in rural and rural sewage projects in Gilan identified based on the 10 areas of the project management knowledge standard. The ranking indexes in this study include two parts of the primary and secondary indices: 16 effective risk factors among 60 risks, using the initial indicators based on the probability of occurrence and the degree of risk impact on the initial indexes of the project (time, cost, quality, performance) Determined. In the next step, based on additional indicators, the amount of exposure to risk, the level of manageability, the proximity of the occurrence of risk, the socio-economic effects and the environmental impacts (which are proportional to the climate and geographical area studied), are used by two methods of fuzzy topsization and hierarchical analysis Fuzzy has been evaluated for project risks.     This study introduces a green location, routing and inventory problem with customer satisfaction, backup distribution centers and risk of routes in the form of a non-linear mixed integer programming model. In this regard, time window is considered to increase the customer satisfaction of the model and transportation risks is taken into account for the reliability of the system. In addition, different factors are detected as the major factors affecting the risk of routs and a fuzzy TOPSIS method is applied to rank the related risk factors. Next, due to the complexity of the investigated model, two algorithms including multi-objective gray wolf optimization algorithms (MOGWO) and Non-Dominated Sorting Genetic algorithm (NSGA-II) are applied to solve the large-sized instances. The results prove the superiority of MOGWO in dealing with large-sized instances. In the next step, some sensitivity analysis is implemented on the model based on a case study andthe related results of case study are reported as well.
