The study employs qualitative and quantitative methods to explore the adoption barriers, implementation strategies, and critical success factors. Findings underscore the pivotal role of smart contracts, decentralized data sharing, and interoperability standards. This paper discusses implications for practitioners and policymakers, outlining future research avenues to optimize blockchain deployment in supply chains.

The ever-increasing changes in the business world and the new requirements of production and trade in the present era have provided the basis for the emergence of new attitudes. The supply chain in the current environment is complex and diverse. Based on the change in the market environment, the demand for the supply chain has also created a lot of uncertainty. Also, with transformative technologies in the new era, managing supply chain uncertainties has taken on a new face. One of these technologies is blockchain technology. The importance of drug safety, always one of the biggest concerns, cannot be overstated as it directly affects the public health of society. It is a shared responsibility of all stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry to establish a reliable and traceable pharmaceutical system. For this reason, in this research, an effort has been made to provide a model for sustainable supply chains in a state of uncertainty, emphasizing blockchain technology as a tool to fulfill this responsibility, fostering a sense of collective duty and commitment in the audience.Keywords: Sustainable Supply Chain, Smart Supply Chain, Blockchain-Based Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Industry

اینترنت اشیاء یک الگوی نوظهور است که بر اتصال دستگاه ها و اشیاء به یکدیگر برمبنای اینترنت و کاربران متمرکز می باشد. این فناوری پایه ای برای هوشمند سازی زندگی امروزه انسان ها است. در این میان کسب وکارها نیز از این امر مستثنی نیستند و می کوشند تا با استفاده از این فناوری اینترنت اشیا در راستای هوشمند کردن کسب وکار استفاده نمایند. زنجیره تامین یکی از حیاتی ترین بخش های چرخه کسب وکار می باشد و هوشمند سازی آن تحول شگرفی در بهینه سازی فرایندهای کسب وکار ایجاد می نماید. اما از آن جایی که این فناوری با اینترنت همراه بوده و همواره استفاده از اینترنت می تواند با خطراتی همراه باشد بنابراین درک خطرات سایبری که می تواند در مواجه با این فناوری ها متوجه کسب وکارها باشد همواره قابل ملاحظه است.در این پژوهش سعی شده است تا خطرات سایبری زنجیره تامین مبتنی بر اینترنت اشیا شناسایی و بررسی شود. به منظور رتبه بندی این خطرات، از روش مدل سازی ریاضی غیرخطی استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که حفظ حریم خصوصی در تعامل با تامین کنندگان و همچنین مشتریان دارای بیشترین اهمیت می باشد و باید برای مواجهه با این خطرات تمهیدات موثری در نظر گرفته شود.

Businesses are no exception and try to use the IoT to make business smarter. The supply chain is one of the most vital parts of the business cycle and its smartening creates a dramatic change in the optimization of business processes. However, since this technology is based on the Internet and the use of the Internet can always be associated with different risks, so recognizing the cyber risks that can be faced by businesses in the face of these technologies is always significant IoT-based supply chain cyber to be identified and analyzed. In order to rank these risks, nonlinear mathematical modeling method has been used. The results show that privacy in interaction with suppliers as well as customers is the most important and effective measures should be taken to address these risks.

The green smart supply chain is a phenomenon that has emerged as a result of the development of sustainable and smart business and information technology trends. Sustainable and green supply chains are an innovative phenomenon that uses information technology to improve the quality of activities in operating areas. In order to ensure that activities are adapted to social and environmental needs. In this regard, the Internet of Things is one of the most important components of technology infrastructure for smart. For this purpose, in this research, a framework for implementing a green IoT-based supply chain is presented. This framework is based on the four-stage architecture of the Internet of Things and has been created by emphasizing the literature and the interaction and review of the opinions of active experts in this field. This framework illustrates the direct relationship between data generation and how it interacts with the sectors affected by environmental sustainability and outlines a clear pathway for sustainable and green decision-making in the supply chain. This framework has been endorsed by experts in the supply chain field and can pave the way for effective implementation of the green supply chain with an emphasis on technology in manufacturing organizations.
