    برای انتخاب مبداء امتیاز دهی در مقیاس لیکرت در پرسشنامه ها هنوز توافق یکسانی بین محققان وجود ندارد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر تغییر مبداء امتیازدهی مقیاس لیکرت بر مقدار شاخص های گرایش به مرکز، پراکندگی و آزمون آماری تی-مستقل انجام شد.

    روش کار

    در پژوهش حاضر علاوه بر بررسی تاثیر تغییر مبداء امتیازدهی بصورت استنباطی، با ذکر یک مثال نیز به مقایسه نتایج تغییر مبداء پرداخته شد. در این پژوهش مقیاس لیکرت 4 رده ای با مبداء امتیازدهی صفر و یک درنظر گرفته شد. همچنین فرض شد که فاصله بین رده های مقیاس لبکرت برابرند. آزمون تی-مستقل برای مقایسه میانگین امتیازها در دو گروه مستقل استفاده شد و نتایج تغییر مبداء بر آماری تی و سطح معنی داری ارزیابی شد.

    یافته ها

    نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که تغییر مبداء امتیازدهی از 1 به صفر در مقیاس لیکرت تنها منجر به تفاوت در مقدار شاخص های گرایش به مرکز می شود. درحالیکه شاخص های پراکندگی، آماره و سطح معنی داری آزمون آماری در هر دو شیوه امتیازدهی تفاوتی ندارند.

    نتیجه گیری

    در صورتی که توزیع مجموع امتیازها در یک پرسشنامه نرمال باشد، تغییر مبداء امتیازدهی از 1 به صفر تاثیری بر نتیجه گیری در آزمون تی-مستقل و انحراف معیار ندارد و تنها شاخص های گرایش به مرکز در دو شیوه امتیازدهی متفاوت خواهند بود.

    Background and Objectives

    There is no consensus for transforming the origin of scoring on the Likert’s scale in a questionnaire. This study was carried out with the aim of investigating the effect of the transformation of the origin of scoring on the indices of central tendency, dispersion and the independent t-test.

    Methods

    In the study, the effect of transforming the origin of scoring was investigated inferentially, and the results of the transformation were compared by a illustrating. In this research, a 4-point Likert’s scale was considered starting with scoring zero and one. Independent t-test was used to compare the mean scores in two groups.

    Results

    The results of the study showed that transforming of the origin of scoring from 1 to zero in the Likert’s scale only leads to a difference in the value of the tendency to the center. While the dispersion indices and statistical statistics will not have any difference in both scoring methods.

    Conclusion

    Changing the origin of scoring in the questionnaires when the total scores have a normal distribution, does not affect on the independent t-test and standard deviation, and only the indices of the tendency to the center will be different in the two scoring systems.

    Background

    Judo coaches and athletes must understand the relevant technical content of the competition to improve their judo skills in Taiwan. Therefore, this study intends to explore the current situation and differences in scoring techniques of outstanding judo players and the impact on the victories or defeats of scoring techniques.

    Objectives

    The purpose of this study is to explore the distribution of judo players of different genders, weight divisions, scoring techniques, and gripping positions that affect the victories and defeats in the competitions.

    Methods

    The research objects were a total of 185 judo players, 104 male players, and 81 female players, from Judo Competition at the 2019 Taiwan National Games that was held from October 20 to 23, 2019 in the gymnasium of Yuan Ze University Taiwan. The data was collected and analyzed by observing videos in the judo competition venues as the research samples.

    Results

      The research shows that there is no significant difference between judo players’ scoring techniques and various weight divisions, but it indicates a significant difference between scoring techniques and various gripping positions, as well as between gripping positions and different weight divisions.

    Conclusion

     It is recommended to establish a mini-application (app) of judo tactics to provide real-time analysis during training and competitions to coaches and judo players.

    Renal disease is the most prevalent disease. Kidney failure can cause physical problems. Hence, patients need to use dialysis therapy or kidney transplantation, and actually, people are in the waiting list for a transplant. This research aimed to extract the prognostic models that evaluate the preparation of kidney donors diagnosed with brain death (DBD).This research was a systematic review of PubMed, Science Direct, and general explorers up until 2020. It followed the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta‑Analyses‑P protocol. The assessment of the articles was done by the authors. This evaluation was supposed to be in the form of scoring, prioritizing, and ranking the donors in terms of their preparation. Eleven sources of information included 9 academic articles along with 2 Grey Sources from 7 different countries. 9 algorithms and models were extracted which included, overall 10 factors. All the models were comprised of 4 factors and about 90% of these models considered 4 or 5 factors to evaluate the preparation of kidney donors DBD. Over 60% of the models had taken into account age, blood pressure history, and creatinine factors. Disease prognosis facilitates a doctor’s decision‑making on the emergence of the disease. Prognostic models of renal diseases can be a great help to patients. A review of the related literature revealed that all the models received a high score in terms of the two factors they included, age and history of blood pressure.

    Background

    Studies in this domain help focus on the techniques with high application to improve the point attainment, without providing points for the other opponents.

    Objectives

    The purpose of this study was to analyze and investigate the most common scoring techniques used and the highest intensity competition times that have been fulfilled by the champions of the World Karate Leagues 2019 and the World Championship 2018.

    Methods

    One hundred and eighteen karate competitions in 5 weight groups (-60, -67, -75, -84, and +84) and from each weight rank, including 5 top-level athletes of the World Karate Federation ranking, were analyzed and studied. This study data were collated using Video Analyzer, Microsoft Excel, and SPSS, and the data were assessed using the Chi-square statistical tests (χ2).

    Results

    This study indicated that only 31.9% of total attacks fulfilled by the world champions were successful in gaining points, the last minute of competition was the highest intensity time in a three-minute competition (with 46.70% of attacks happening then), and the techniques of Ashi Barai and Gia Kuzuki were the most commonly used techniques among the techniques for scoring used by world champions.

    Conclusion

    The coaches must develop new strategies during the training sessions and compare their athletes’ techniques with those of the world elites to gain uniform endeavors and improve their athletes’ performance to reach the level of world champions.

    Background

    Scoring is the main determinant factor for winning in any sport and good techniques can facilitate scoring. In Karate, there are series of punching and kicking techniques that fighters use for scoring.

    Objectives

    The aim of this research was to determine the most scoring techniques and their frequencies in final kumite competitions of 2016 world karate championships.

    Methods

    By the help of a video analysis software and a Microsoft excel sheet all the data referring to the scored techniques (by winners and losers" and their frequencies have been gathered and recorded. In overall, 10 Fights with total number of 70 scores were analyzed. The finalists used some predominant techniques in order to overcome their opponents.

    Results

    Background
    The diagnosis of patients who present with early pubertal signs can pose a challenge.
    Objectives
    The aim of this study was to design a new diagnostic scoring system based on clinical and laboratory findings to distinguish precocious puberty (PP) from premature thelarche (PT) among girls diagnosed with early puberty.
    Methods
    We enrolled 267 girls (PP, n = 164; PT, n = 103) previously diagnosed with early puberty using GnRH test, retrospectively. A diagnostic scoring model (M) was constructed with five variables and their cut off values were determined for scoring: age of onset (6.5 years), bone age (BA)/choronologic age (CA) ratio (≥ 1.1), estradiol (12 pg/ml), uterine length (32 mm) and ovarian volume (1.09 cm3). Overall score was determined for model. The model was also applied prospectively to a second girls population (n = 86) that showed signs of early puberty.
    Results
    The sensitivity and specificity of model was 89.6% and 87.4%, respectively. In the cohort group, the sensitivity and specificity of model was 90% and 89.4%, prospectively.
    Conclusions
    A diagnostic scoring system, based on clinical and laboratory findings can be an alternative or complementary method for the differential diagnosis of early puberty.

    پیش زمینه و هدف
    تحقیقات نشان داده است که یادگیری دانشجویان تحت تاثیر مستقیم روش های ارزشیابی است. به اعتقاد بسیاری از پژوهشگران سوال های تشریحی روش های برتر یادگیری را برمی انگیزند، اما دراین بین نحوه نمره دهی آزمون های تشریحی چالش بزرگی است که در بسیاری از موارد سبب بی اعتباری نمرات حاصل از آزمون می شود. برخلاف آزمون های عینی که اندازه گیری توانایی آزمون شوندگان مستقل ازنظر شخصی تصحیح کنندگان است در آزمون های تشریحی اندازه گیری توانایی موردسنجش به شخصی که پاسخ های سوال ها را می خواند وابسته است بنابراین، دقت روش نمره دهی به آزمون های تشریحی به میزان زیادی به نحوه تصحیح اوراق و دقت عمل مصححان مربوط است. در این مقاله به بررسی شیوه های مختلف نمره دهی آزمون های تشریحی در مقالات مختلف می پردازیم و سعی داریم با بررسی عمیق متون، به روش استاندارد نمره دهی به آزمون های تشریحی بپردازیم.
    مواد و روش ها
    در این مطالعه مروری ابتدا پایگاه های مختلف داده ای Pubmed، Scopus،Proquest و مقالات منتشرشده در مجلات معتبر آموزش پزشکی شامل Academic medicine، British medical journal، teaching & learning in medicine، medical teacher، medical education و مجلات معتبر داخلی در زمینه آموزش پزشکی شامل مجله ایرانی آموزش در علوم پزشکی و گام های توسعه آموزش پزشکی با استفاده از کلیدواژه های آزمون تشریحی، نمره دهی، روش تحلیلی نمره دهی، روش کلی نمره دهی، روش ویژگی های اصلی و روش نمره دهی و معادل انگلیسی آن ها، مورد جستجو قرار گرفت و مقالات مرتبط انتخاب شدند.
    یافته ها
    در جستجوی منابع ابتدا تعداد 240 مقاله و کتاب بدون محدودیت زمانی از جستجوی منابع اینترنتی به دست آمد که تعداد 163 مطالعه به دلیل عدم ارتباط با موضوع از بررسی حذف گردید. تعداد 23 مطالعه هم به دلیل وجود عنوان و نبود خلاصه از مطالعه خارج گردید. نهایتا تعداد 54 مطالعه جهت بررسی انتخاب گردید. بر اساس نتایج حاصل از جستجو، مطالب در چهار دسته زیر دسته بندی شدند:1-تقسیم بندی های مختلف نمره دهی به سوالات تشریحی 2-انتخاب روش مناسب برای نمره دهی به سوالات تشریحی 3- چالش های نمره دهی به سوالات تشریحی 4-روش های جدید نمره دهی به سوالات تشریحی
    بحث و نتیجه گیری
    ارتقای ارزیابی و نمره دهی به آزمون های تشریحی نیاز به استفاده از روش های مختلف و ترکیب روش های چندگانه و سطح بالا دارد. به هرحال اگر این اطمینان وجود دارد که استفاده از این آزمون ها، روش های برتر یادگیری در دانشجویان را ارتقا می دهد، هزینه های مربوط به نمره دهی و افزایش اعتبار نمرات آن را نیز باید بپردازیم.

    Background and Aims
    The related studies has shown that students learning is under the direct influence of assessment and evaluation methods. Many researchers believe that essay tests can assess the quality of the student's learning, however essay tests scoring a big challenge which causes their unreliability in many cases. Unlike objective tests that measure the examinee's ability independent of the individual judgment, in essay tests, the examinee's ability is directly related to the examiner's judgment. Therefore, the accuracy of test scoring is greatly related to the methods of paper correction, and the examiners accuracy. This study tries to explain various methods of essay tests scoring in different published papers.
    Materials and Methods
    In this study, first the different papers and articles published in national and international journals were selected by using keywords of essay test, scoring, and student assessment. Later, they were studied and analyzed.
    Results
    240 articles without time limit were found by searching in the Web. 163 articles were excluded because of lack of relevant to the topic, and 23 articles were excluded because of lacking abstract. Finally, 54 articles were selected to be included in the study. Based on the search results of study, the search topic was grouped in four categories:1.defining different grading methods in essay questions 2.selecting appropriate methods for essay questions scoring 3.the challenges of essay questions scoring. 4. new methods of essay questions scoring.
    Conclusion
    Improving assessment and essay questions scoring requires using of various methods, and the combination of multiple high level tests.     مقدمه
    پیشگیری از بروز حوادث و بیماری های ناشی از کار در راستای توسعه پایدار و افزایش بهره و ری بدون در نظرگرفتن ایمنی کارکنان، مشتریان، پیمانکاران ودیگر افراد امکان پذیر نیست. از این رو ارزیابی وضعیت مدیریت ایمنی در صنایع یکی از فعالیت هایی است که می تواند منجر به کاهش این خسارات شود. مطالعه حاضر به ارزیابی وضعیت مدیریت ایمنی در یک شرکت تولیدی لوازم خانگی پرداخته شده است.
    روش کار
    این مطالعه در یک شرکت تولیدی لوازم خانگی واقع در شهرک صنعتی دماوند انجام گردید.ابتدا بر اساس مطالعات کتابخانه ای دو پرسشنامه وزن دهی و امتیازدهی طراحی شد که پرسشنامه شماره یک مشتمل بر چهار شاخص ایمنی ماشین آلات، ایمنی برق، شناسایی خطرات و ارزیابی خطر و ایمنی حریق و پرسشنامه شماره دو مشتمل بر یازده زیر شاخص طراحی شد. هر دو پرسشنامه توسط 30 نفر از متخصصان HSE و سرپرستان واحدهای مربوطه تکمیل گردید. اعتبار پرسشنامه ها به روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید گردید.با استفاده از اطلاعات پرسشنامه ها وضعیت ایمنی در هریک از واحدهای شرکت تعیین و نمره دهی شد و در نهایت وضعیت ایمنی در کل شرکت استخراج گردید.
    یافته ها
    نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که واحد پرس کاری با کسب نمره 66.66 و واحد انبار با کسب نمره 60.12 جزء رده خوب از نظر مدیریت ایمنی می باشند. واحدهای رنگ پودری با کسب نمره 56.25، لعاب کاری با کسب نمره 55.92، آزمایشگاه با کسب نمره 54.15 در رده متوسط و واحدهای مونتاژ با کسب نمره 46.06 و درب سازی با کسب نمره 46.06 جزء رده ضعیف از نظر مدیریت ایمنی می باشند.
    نتیجه گیری
    نتایج ارزیابی نشان داد وضعیت مدیریت ایمنی در شرکت مورد نظر با کسب امتیاز 55.45 در سطح متوسطی می باشد. لذا انجام اقدامات اصلاحی در مورد شاخص هایی که حداقل امتیاز را کسب کرده اند ضروری است.

    Introduction
    Prevention of accidents and work related diseases, are not allowed regardless of the safety of employees, customers, contractors and other persons. Assessment of individual safety management activities could reduce many losses. Present study aimed to evaluate the safety management of a household appliance manufacturing company.
    Material And Method
    This study has done in a household appliance manufacturing company in Damavand city. Two questionnaires were firstly designed based on the weighted scores. The questionnaire 1 consisted of 4 indicators: Safety of machinery, Electrical safety, Risk assessment and Fire safety. Questionnaire 2 consisted of 11 sub indicators. Both questionnaires were completed by 30 HSE experts and supervisors. Reliability of questionnaires was based on cronbachs alpha coefficient. the safety status of each unit was determined and scored using information acquired by the questionnaires. Lastly, the safety of the entire company was determined.
    Result
    Results showed that in safety management: the pressing and store house were in a good range of 66.66 and 60.12 points. Powder painting, enameling, laboratory were in a average range of 56.25, 55.92 and 54.15 points. Assembling and door storage were in a week range of 46.06 points.
    Conclusion
    The findings showed that the safety status in the studied appliances company is in average range with 55.45 points. Therefore, it is recommended that the safety indicators should be improved for the betterment of the safety management in the company.

    Aim
    The aim of the present study was to reconstruct determining validity, and score The Stanford Diagnostic Reading Test fourth edition (SDRT4) in the sixth grade students.
    Methods
    The population of the study was all sixth grades of the 19 educational districts from Tehran, 571 students (255 boys and 316 girls) were selected by using a random multi-cluster sampling. The data were analyzed. The techniques were item analysis (difficulty index, discriminative index, and loop techniques). Validity, translation validity, content validity, and construct validity (factorial analysis), and reliability (Kuder-Richardson)
    Results
    the exploratory factor analysis determined five factors: declarative knowledge, inferential knowledge, procedural knowledge and visualization knowledge. The reliability of the Stanford diagnostic Reading Test’s subtests by computing the Kuder-Richardson coefficient were 0.778, 0.732 and 0.748 for comprehension subtest, vocabulary subtest and scanning subtest in order.
    Conclusion
    By considering the results of present study, SDRT4 has good reliability and validity and can appropriately diagnose the reading disabled students in the sixth grade.
