A Study of relationship between Qulaity of Work Life and Work-Family Conflict with Job Performance among married men employee

Abstract:
The aim of this study was to assess correlation between Quality of Work Life (QWL) and Work-Family Conlict (WFC) with Job Performance among personnel of AIDCO PRESS Company of Iran khodro. Statistical population of this study was all married male employee of AIDCO PRESS Company. The samples were 200 people that were selected by stratified random sampling method. The method of research was performed using questionnaires of Quality of Work Life، Work- Family Conflict and Job perfofmance. The data were analyzed using Pearson coefficient correlation، stepwise regression and one way variance. The results showed that QWL has significant positive relationship with Job Performance and WFC has significant negative relationship with Job Performance (p≤0/01). And finding indicates that among the QWL Dimension، «Fair payment» and «Developing Human Capacities» are the most predictive variance of Job Performance. The rate experts QWL was most of the workers and technicians and rat of WFC in workers were more from experts and technicians (p≤0/01). There is no significant difference between employees’s Job Performance.
