Educational Evalvation Need of High School Teachers in Bandar Abbas from the Point of Teachers and Managers

Abstract:
The aim of this research is finding the answers of these two researchable questions: 1)What are the general educational needs of high school teachers in Bandar Abbas from the point of teachers and managers?2)Are there any differences berween the point of teaehers and managers and the general educational needs of high school teachers in Bandar Abbas? The method of research is descriptive using one of the techniques with the title of Delphi technique, description of teachers duty and the aims of educational terms during work, the details collected. The statistical society contains 1287 person (1188 managers and 99 teachers) and based on morgan table 370 persons selected as sample. The method of sampling is taxonomic coincidental and the tools of collecting data contained two questionnaires. One was the questionnaire with open response and the other one was close response questionnaire which included 49 options. Reliability of final questionnaire is 94%. In the response of the first question of the research, the below conclusions obtained: 1) the samples of research in the most of options, showed the high importance of general educational needs of high school teachers in Bandar Abbas. 2) General educational needs of high school teachers in Bandar Abbas from the point of teachers and managers up to 15th priority is as follows:1)familiarity with teaching methods.2)familiarity with class managing methods.3)familiarity with means of educational tools.4)Increasing of learning level and scientific knowledge in the field of lessons subjects.5)familiarity with the method of evaluation and evaluating the students learning.6)familiarity with the states of distinguishing of the individual differences of students and using from their learning capacity.7)familiarity with the methods and principles of Islamic pedagogy.8)familiarity with the methods of correct habits of studding and searching in students.9)familiarity with the means of test designing.10)familiarity with the teaching of praying and essential commands.11)familiarity with the methods of attracting students to praying.12)familiarity with the methods of students moral education. 13)familiarity with the reading of holly Qoran. 30414)familiarity with the lesson plan.15)familiarity with the holly Qoran training and its techniques.
