Abstract:
This research study was aimed at finding relationship between participation in managerial decision- making and the maturity of faculty members. Data were collected using two separate questionnaires on participation in managerial decision-making and maturity level of academic staff. Results revealed a positive relation between participation of faculty members in managerial decisionmaking and their maturity level.
