The Challenges of Convergence among Islamic Countries (Case Study OIC)

Abstract:
The integration among Islamic countries had been pursued in few past centuries. The major objective of this article is to examine the problems associated with the policy making in the area of integration of member states of the Organization of Islamic Countries (OIC). The investigation is aimed at finding a suitable answer to the following question: Considering the major developments in international security environment, has the success of integrating policies become more crucial for the OIC? Why the OIC cannot attain the real integration between Islamic Countries? This article studied the external factors: political, economical, social-cultural issues & also internal challenges of OIC.
