Result
The results revealed that psychological empowerment and three of its subcategories including impact, autonomy and meaning (but not competence) have mediating role in the relationship between PDM and OCB. Furthermore, there is a significant and positive relationship between PDM and staff psychological empowerment. Also, staff organizational citizenship behavior depends on empowerment and all its components except autonomy. Conclusion
Hence, with regard to the above mentioned results, it is significant to pay close attention to staff psychological empowerment as an effective factor in staff participation rate at decision- making which in turn leads to the appearance of their organizational citizenship behavior.Language:
