Study of the effects of in-service courses on entrepreneurial performance of NIGC personnel

Abstract:
In this study, views of headquarter staff participated in in-service courses of “Principles of Entrepreneurship” and “Entrepreneurial Organization Training” about the impact of the courses on four skills of riskability, development motivation (success), problem solving and decision-making, and initiativeness and innovation in five main questions were examined. The research method was descriptive-surveying. The statistical society was 57 of participated headquarter staff and 57 unparticipated headquarter staff in two above mentioned courses according to sex and business field variables in 2009. Systematic random sampling method, using Cochrane formula was done including 50 participants and 50 unparticipants. The research tool was a questionnaire to measure entrepreneurial skills, which its validity was examined by Internal Consistency Method, and its reliability by Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient was 0.976.
