Relationship between Manager's Management Style and Employee's Job Satisfaction

This research aims to study the relationship between management styles and bank tellers'' job satisfaction of Sepah Bank located in the central administrative regions of Tehran. The statistical population of this research included 54 branches and 300 bank tellers، out of which a sample of 27 branches and 54 bank tellers were selected using cluster random sampling. The Blake and Mouton''s management styles questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaires were administered. The results of Pearson''s correlation test show that managers’ management styles are significantly، positively corelated to employess’ job satisfaction. Moreover، country club management style and job satisfaction were found to be correlated to one another.
