Relationship between perceived organizational justice whit job satisfaction and organizational commitment among public secondary school's teachers in Hamadan

Abstract: The main purpose of this research was to study the relationship between organizational justice perception with job satisfaction and organizational commitment among secondary school teachers in Hamadan city. The method of research was correlational. The statistical population included all secondary school teachers of Hamadan at (90-91) academic year. Using ratio stratified random sampling method about 297 was selected as statistical sample. The data gathering instruments were Wysoki and Kromm job satisfaction، Allen and Mayer organizational commitment and Nihoff and moorman organizational justice standard questionnaire. The statistical data analysis methods were one sample T- test، pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regressions. The Findings showed that the teachers job satisfaction، job commitment and organizational justice perception rate was above average and there were relationship between organizational justice perception with job satisfaction and job commitment. Through interactional justice and distributional justice teacher’s job satisfaction and organizational commitment can be predicted.
