An introduction to an Islamic Approach in Conflict Management
The conflict is one of the concepts rooted in the human life. The formation of human society and the presence of mankind in social groups (communication establishment and exchanges), have always led to the conflict. As one of the achievements of human social life, organizations have suitable contexts for causing conflicts. Accordingly, extensive studies have been carried out in different branches of management and confront with conflict. Nonetheless, the subject of conflict has not been considered enough culturally and based on religious teachings (especially Islam)Using library-descriptive approach, and considering the effect of local and cultural variables on conflict management, this research tries to investigate the conflict management and present solutions focusing on religious-Islamic concepts. In fact, benefiting from rich Islamic culture in social exchanges and behaviors (as one of the most important cultural aspects in the country) can have a fundamental role in conflict management in the country. Based on this fact and after a brief consideration of the theories and conflict models, the process will be analyzed using an Islamic approach. Finally, based on these instructions, some solutions are presented in better managing the process of organizational conflict.
