Police role in social security from the perspective of the Supreme Leader

Social Security is one of the essential needs of a community which many organizations and agencies are involved in its creation. The present essay which is the result of research in this field deals with the police duty to preserve and extend the social security from the perspective of Supreme Leader as Commander in Chief. This essay was performed through qualitative method in type of descriptive - explanation with content analysis tools and referring to all statements of the Supreme Leader from the beginning of wardship in 1368 to 1390. The results showed that from the perspective of the Supreme Leader providing social security is the duty of police and through classification of Leader's statements 13 main and key duties are defined for law enforcement organization which among them, there are obtaining the legal authority, creating secure social atmosphere, update planning, combating against criminals and maintaining the trust and expectations of the people.
