Study of the relationship between attitude and partnership behavior with police and subordinate units

Abstract:
The main issue of this study is to identify the attitudes and partnership behavior towards police and its activity and increasing partnership behavior. And its main purpose is to identify and explain the cooperative behavior predictors and strategies to promote partnership behavior with police. This study is applied from the purpose point of view and quantitative method of data collection is descriptive - analytical correlation. The statistical population of this study is the students of Islamic Azad University of Karaj in the first semester of the academic year 91-92. Sampling in this study is voluntary and available. Instruments used in this study consisted of a questionnaire on attitudes toward the police and subsidiaries, researcher made questionnaire about tendency towards cooperative behavior of police and subordinate domain. The results showed that 49.2% of participants to the traffic police have positive attitude, 45.9% to the 110 police have positive attitude, 27.9% to the intelligent police have positive attitude, 24.6% to the general public security police have positive attitude, 24.6 % to the anti-narcotic police have positive attitude, 11.5% to the morality police have positive attitude and 26.2% to the all police departments have positive attitude. The results showed that 83.6% of participants have positive cooperative behavior to anti-narcotic police, 93.4% of participants have positive cooperative behavior to general public security police, 82% of participants have positive cooperative behavior to 110 police, 87.7% of participants have positive cooperative behavior to traffic police, 44.3% of participants have positive cooperative behavior to intelligent police, 36.1% of participants have positive cooperative behavior to morality police and 85.2% of participants have positive cooperative behavior to all police departments.
