Sharing Knowledge and Quality of Services (Being Examined: Parsian Bank)

During several years a go extensive discussions are made respecting importance of the knowledge management in the society. Knowledge management and its strategic concept are promoted as significant and required parts of organizations concerning their lasting and maintenance of their competitive capability. Most directors, consider knowledge as fundamental factor of organizations stability, anyway knowledge and its sharing always have been a valuable asset and important portion of production and services. On the same basis Bank Parsian through this research has tried to examine and study rate of the knowledge sharing relation with service rendering quality of its organizational units and in this direction has examined the five dimensions of the sharing namely –systematic, open, hidden, expertise and strategic, which include the five tangible dimensions, reliability, responsiveness, warranty and empathy. Research methodology is descriptive and cohesive. The statistical associations of this research too, were presidents of departments, experts and operators of the organizational units. The results obtained from the research should that between the knowledge sharing and organizational service quality of this bank there is a significant relation.
