The Relation of Teachers and Students Religious Identity in Tehran

Considering the importance of religious identity and piety in educational and training system of Iranian society and ambiguity of the relationship between Teachers and Students Religious Identity, this relation is studied in this article. The using questionnaire is extracted from Franciss scale's items for adolescents and Taleban scale's items for teachers, and in order to being used for students and teachers, items are changed, redesigned and retested. Statistical sample is consisting of 320 students and 32 teachers in city of Tehran and the relation of average of each class's religious identity and their teacher's religious identity is studied. The findings indicate: religious identity in all its aspects is higher than the average, but there is not a significant relation between teachers and students religious identity. Also there is a strong and significant relation between student's religious identity and their familie's religious culture.
