Challenges Appraisal of Five Periods of Defense Ministry Organization Excellent Model Execution and its Comparison with MAKNA Organization Excellent Model

Abstract:
Attention to organization and personal excellence and improvement of product and service quality in recent years has become an important issue and has attracted the attention of more organizations and many organizations have gone for it. Among them, defensive and military organizations due to their targets and missions and proportionate to organization dimension have moved toward excellence and growth. Defense ministry too in recent years widely have designed and executed excellence and surveillance programs. Due to attempts and seriousness of experts and wide expansion of affiliated organizations and companies, highly value experiences have been acquired in this regard. It should be considered that in this path, there were many challenges and weakness that understanding and prioritizing them for improvement and advancement of model, smoothing the path and usefulness to other organization are necessary. In this research for improvement and advancement of Iran police organization excellence and quality management model (MAKNA), defense ministry excellence national and military model is used therefore the most important challenges and weakness of this model is recognized after interview with experts in the field of excellence in reward providing organization and reward requesting organizations that requested excellence rewards. After distribution and collection of questionnaires, each of challenges is prioritized according to significance using freedman testing. Then the salient characteristics of both models of MAKNA and defense ministry recognized and compared with each other. Finally in regard to targets that MAKNA model follows, certain suggestations and resolutions put forward for improvement and advancement of MAKNA excellence model quality level.
