The Presentation of a Bad Treated Patient with Brucella orchitis

Brucellosis is a zoonotic disease, which has diverse and confusing clinical manifestations. The involvement of genitalia and urinary tract is among these manifestations. Brucella orchitis is one of the relatively common complications of the disease, which its identification can help physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Case Report: In this article, we present a patient with Brucella orchitis who had referred with complaints of acute weakness and lethargy, fever and chills, and pain and swelling of testicles.
