Human Resource Strategy Management and Supply Chain Trend for Organization Quality Improvement

Abstract:
Human resource strategy management research has often been focused on micro and macro organizations and on activities inside companies. It is intended to provide a basis to study human resource strategy management in supply chain. In this article a framework for recognition of effective factors on supply chain trend acceptance and the need for access and funding in supply chain trend for formation of detail probabilities are introduced that formulate the human resource strategy management methods. To achieve this, some mechanisms from human resource strategy management to supply chain are analyzed as follow:1-highlighting intersection ignored between two trends of human resource strategy management and supply chain for planning strategies to solve management complicated challenges and investing in competition opportunities created by corresponding frontier relation.2-Development of human resource strategy management frontier conditions and human resource systems from mainly Micro intra organization and focusing on other company that maintains both internal and external organization relations.3-Introduction of a framework to understand the relation between human resource systems, supply chain trend and strategic results.4-Introduction of a framework for research in supply chain based on prior theory making in human resource strategy management. Finally, the role of Iran police human resource for quality improvement and access to better situation introduced and suggestions for future research along with a decision making model introduced that explains important concepts for research in management field.
