Examining impact of organizational commitment on the efficiency of intellectual capital

The research purpose is to evaluate the relation between organizational commitment with efficiency of intellectual capital in the between employees of Islamic Azad University, Arsanjan branch. The research Method used a descriptive correlation, the type of survey that is considered as a cross-sectional study. To collect information is used from Bontis intellectual capital Standard questionnaire, and Allen and Meyer organizational commitment Standard questionnaire. This research population is included all employeesof Islamic Azad Unersity, Arsanjan branch. The study statistical sample using the table of Morgan, 93 respectively. For test research hypotheses used of the statistical methods of correlation analysis and regression analysis using SPSS-19 statistical software. The results of research shows that there is a direct significant relation the between intellectual capital with organizational commitment. As well as, The results of research shows that there is a direct significant relation the between intellectual capital with aspects of organizational commitment (Continues Commitment, AffectiveCommitment and Normative Commitment).
