Looking at the Development of Social Capital Concepts of Model Management Componentsas Proposed

Message:
Abstract:
Recently, many social scientists have held the belief that it is possible to handle internal organizational challenges and fill the gap in the growth and development of organizations with proper identification, development and application of social capital elements in organizations. Carefully looking into speeches, letters, and valuable and everlasting pieces of adviceby Imam Aliaspresented in Najolbalagha, we can induce several principles such as piety, fairness and justice, avoidance of pride and self-interest, humility, good behavior, avoidance of materialism, and avoidance of excessive economic desires. These principles can be considered as a part of Imam Ali’s governance and management model from social capital perspectives. Using the above principles and a documentary research methodology, the main purpose of this paper is to introduce a hybrid governance and management model, inspired by the elements of Skot’ social capital and focused on governance concepts induced at both micro and macro levels from Imam Ali’s Najolbalagha. This model which relies on internal social capital elements has a robust link to the fundamentals of Islam.
