Affecting Factors on the Effectiveness of Pasture Management Training Courses to Protect Mehran Pasture

The purpose of this study was to investigate affecting factors on the effectiveness of pasture management training courses in the protection of Mehran pastures. The statistical population of this study was pasture managers of Mehran (N =187) whom all were participated in the study census method. Validity of questionnaire was investigated and provided by a group of experts and to determine reliability of different parts of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated (α= 0.94). In order to achieve the objectives of the study, descriptive and analytical statistics were used. Findings of the study showed that there was a significant and positive relationship between variables of the sise of pasture land covered by pasture management plan, pasture manager background, annual income, the number of livestock, the number of participants in pasture management training courses with the variable the effectiveness of training courses. Based on ordinal regression analysis, the variable portion of the communication pathways in explaining the probability of effecting the variable effectiveness of pasture training courses is greater than the other variables.
