Studying the Role of HRM Practices in Creating and Sharing Knowledge

Abstract:
Human resource management (HRM) practices are widely recognized as playing a crucial role in developing and sustaining organizational performance. Thus the purpose of this paper is to investigate the correlation between human resource management (HRM) practices and knowledge creating and sharingin the Tax Organization.The method of this research was correlation and the statistical population was employees of Tax Organization participated in this study. The data collection tool was questionnaire distributed among sample group.Its reliability was verified through Cronbach's Alpha. The results of testing hypotheses by Pearson Correlation indicates HRM practices and has significant positive correlation with knowledge transferring and creation. Accordingly, effective implementation of HRM practices can develop a facilitating infrastructurefor knowledge creating and sharing.
