Figh al-Hadith view to the Navaqhis al-Oqhul (deficiency of intellect) narrations

Women were described as Navaqhis Al-Oqhul by some of the Islamic narrations، these narrations have been faced by various perceptions and attitudes، and have provoked a scientific disagreement; and various writings in different formats have also been written about this subject. There are three types of perceptions altogether: some have rejected the issuance of these narrations، some have accepted the intellect deficiency of women by acceptance of these narrations، and the other group have accepted these narrations by paraphrasing them. It is necessary to mention that these texts have been expressed in the main Hadith resources of the communions (Shia and Sunni)، because of this، we have necessarily studied these narrations from several aspects، and the conclusion is that the issuance of these narrations is irrefutable and the text of them is reliable، so there is no alternative except studying the implication of these narrations. After research on the meaning of «intellect» _ in Philology and Hdith_، and by the obtained evidences، we have known that the meaning of «intellect»، in these narrations، is Diah (Blood money) and the serious purpose of these narrations is to criticize superiority of women over men.
