Analysis of Spatial Inequalityin Prosperity of Urban Services Land Uses (Case Study ofSanandaj City)

The basics problems of cities in recent decadesis unequal distribution of resources and population in different parts of the urban. Disruption in the distribution system of urban services centers has been underlyingsocial inequality of citizens in Prosperity of the services. The aim of this research is analyze and measure spatial inequality in Prosperity of the Service 22 urban areas in Sanandaj. The research method is descriptive –analytical and the method of data collection is documentary. Also from quantitative models «TOPSIS», «Shannon entropy", "location factorLQ», «Correlation Coefficients Pearson", " Correlation Coefficients Spearman" and Arc Gis software is used. The community statistics is 22 area of Sanandaj. The results show that between the distributions and having of areas of the service user there is not a reasonable and balance relationship. In other words incompatible spatial distribution of services with the population needs in the study area confirms. Based on an analysis of modulation techniques, areas 15 and 13 in terms of the service distribution are relatively balanced. This is due to the low gross density of population and high per capita of urban services. On the other, the areas 11 and 21 have unbalanced situation than other areas. Thus, there are spatial disparities a high level in terms of having of urban services user between urban areas.
