Proposing a Practical Model for Crisis Management in Road Safety

The intent of this study is to propose a comprehensive (same) definition of crisis management understandable for all researchers and authorities. The case study of this research came from crisis management systems of road transport area. These systems include identification, evaluation, and handling a crisis situation by orchestrating the communications among all parties involved in the crisis. This is done through resource management and allocation, and by providing access to relevant crisis-related information to authorized users. The systems (models) proposed herein are:1) To explain the characteristics of a crisis management model in the context of road transport and traffic accidents
2) To predict the probability of crash occurrence
3) To operate a specific crisis management system used for traffic accidents
4) To describe physical attributes of a crisis management system for traffic accidents
5) To present an ultimate model which is applicable for the area of CCCMS.
