Building and standardization of measuring questionnaire for police behavior desirability based on Iran police prospect document

This research is implemented to build and standardize the tools for measuring police behavior desirability. it is descriptive and correlative type. Therefore using stratified random sampling, 400 persons among Iran police commanders and managers throughput country were selected and answered the Iran police behavior desirability questionnaire. Questionnaire validity confirmed by factor analysis. The results indicated that based on Iran police prospect document, questionnaire consisted of five factors of industry, innovation, amicability, sacrifice and authority. Using internal correlation and alpha Cronbach coefficient, questionnaire reliability is calculated. The results indicated that the reliability of the whole questionnaire was 96% and reliability of industry, innovation, amicability, sacrifice and authority factors were 91%,90%,81%,90% and 93% respectively. All indexes were suitable. Finally regarding concreteness, easy implementation, easy rating, easy interpretation, answering time suitability (less than 10 minutes), implementation feasibility for individual and groups, practicality, suitable validity and reliability all indicated that researcher made questionnaire for police behavior desirability is suitable for studying the current and expected situation for police behavior desirability and tracking movement strategy is aligned with Iran police prospect.
