The survey role of tourism potential for urban development (Case study: region 22 of Tehran)

The present study has been done to recognize the abilities of tourism industry in corresponding with urban development in district 22 in Tehran; this district is surrounded to central Alborz Mountain from north; Kan River from east; Tehran -Karaj highway from south and being cultivated jungle in Vardavard from west. This district is adjacent to fifth and 21st district. The district comprises 16% residential and 84% services recreational welfare; educational; cultural and particularly tourism. What makes the district different from the other is its near future which will become Tehran tourism Pole. The main question is that more tourism district 22 in Tehran, what are and what are the guidelines for ease of easy access to the tourist pole of District 22 in Tehran can be found. The method of this study is a description to state the present situation, find and insight the reason and case report for the condition of a district (22nd dis. of Tehran). The result of the study, according to residents and tourists, the area was conducted in Tehran, 22, a significant majority of the people of this region, stressing that the outstanding and exceptional location and has a far better practice to the city. In particular, the creation of new tourism centers, such as the Shohada-e- Khalij-e- Fars lake, the waterfall of Tehran and park of Javanmardan-e- Iran and Shahid Hemmat highway construction also continues to be one of the most important access to the West side, all this topic confirms that at the present time and the future of this region is Tehran and other city residents tourists destination And if the media ads even more and has the potential to welcome tourists abroad as well.
