Study of mercury bioaccumulation in some organs of Anzali wetland Pike (Esoxlucius) and mercury concentration relation with total body length and sex

The study done todetermine theconcentration ofmercury inedibletissuesand vitalAnzalipike(Esox Lucius)and Relationshipbetweenbody length, age and sex ofthe fishbytheconcentration ofmercury. A total of58fish samplesweretakenfrombotheast and west ofthe Anzali wetlandAfterweighing, sexingandbiometrictarget tissuesto determinethe concentration of leadwas preparedbythespecificanalysis oftheMercury,(American Standard Method D6722)analyzed. Mercuryconcentrationsindifferent organssuggest thatthe spleenmay behigh concentrations ofmercuryintheabsorption andaccumulation. The liver compared to other organs studied,the lowest concentrationofmercuryintheabsorption andaccumulation. Comparison ofmercury concentrationsinmale and femalepikeindicate thatmercury concentrationsdependon genderand agepikeisinAnzali lagoon. Mercury concentrationsinpikeandpickerelAnzaliwetlandeastof the western partof thedifference isnotsignificant. Nocorrelationbetweensize,weightand agepikeinAnzali wetlanduptakeand accumulation ofmercury inthemthere. Significant differences between thesexesin terms ofthe concentration ofmercury infishtissueswas observed(p> 0.05), which reflects theimpactofgenderon theadsorptionof mercuryspecies understudy.BetweenEast andWestPondFishTwomajorindustries andeventhoughaccumulation ofpollutants inthe eastern part ofthe lagoon, there was no significantdifference. Mercury levelsinpikeAnzali Wetlandpermissible limitrecommendedby theFDA andWHO / FAO (1 PPM)was lower thantheaverageconcentrationsinppb 37/322musclepikesinAnzali wetlandandlimitationsdirectiveUS EPA,doseof 2times per monththroughoutthe entire bodyand sexualitypermissibleBashd.brrsyeffectofmetallic mercuryaccumulationin theliver,kidney,spleenand musclepikeAnzali Wetland.
