The Analysis of the violations of the government officials from about the exertion of the official authority; subject to Article 570 of the Islamic Penal Code

Citizenship rights and individual freedoms are the most important concerns of international communities. Currently, different nations try to announce their governmental support of the concept through taking different policies to consolidate their relations with international community. Article 570 of Islamic Punishment Code is of great importance, it is so because it is a wide and public article in guaranteeing rights and freedoms acted in constitution. However, it seems that the article has some problems with its nature and form, which might lead to difficulties in its implementation, consequently results in the loss of the fundamental rights of citizens. Hence, it is necessary to reassess the contents of the article and terms used in it, seriously. Moreover, it is necessary to solve the problems and ambiguities in implementation of the article. Doing so law will support citizen’s freedoms and rights, and consequently authorities will not find themselves free to violate the rights.
