The relationship between work Conscience and Organizational Commitment of the Government boy's high school teachers in Tehran

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between work conscience and organizational commitment of the government boy's high school teachers in Tehran is in the 95-94 school year. The research is descriptive and correlation method was used and the sample subjects the government boy's high school teachers in Tehran ,The sample according Krjsy and Morgan table 384 and then determine the multistage cluster sampling were selected randomly. The research instruments, standardized questionnaire work conscience and organizational commitment Allan Costa and Mac contains 47 items 24 items Vmayr the reliability of the questionnaire, 89% and 85% respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and ANOVA was used. The results show that:The work conscience and organizational commitment in 99% (error rate equal to 001.) There is a significant positive correlation with correlation coefficient 0.429, All components work conscience (efficiency, discipline, conscientiousness, strive to succeed, restraint and caution in decision-making) were significantly associated with organizational commitment and communication between the regions studied in the "work conscience" There is no significant difference
