The Study of Tourism Consequences in Rural Resorts and Country Sides in Golestan Province/ (Case study: Mohammad Abad region City Ali Abadkatoul)

The study of the consequences of spending free time and tourism is one of the topics of interest to geographers. One of the results of spending short and medium- term free time is in rural resorts and the country sides. In the last decade expanding the country sides around the small and big cities have been developing.In addition rural tourism has been considered as a mechanism for cultural¡ economic and renova tional developments for a long time. Developing rural tourism as a policy for developing the rural areas can help decrease depopulation and immigration from these settlements. Tourism development as a policy for developing the country sides is somehow a new strategy that local officials in rural societies have been recently noticed. So this research aims to study the consequences of tourism in rural resorts and country sides around Ali Abad katoul. To gather the data¡ it uses des criptine - measurement researches. Statistical population is 800 that are selected based on Morgan- Kerjesy table and 260 of them are selected accidentally for doing the research. To determine the validity.
