The present research aim is comparing academic development of master students in virtual learning environment versus traditional learning environment in Islamic Azad University. The statistical population sample size in this research is 101 students (63 students of virtual learning system and 38 students of traditional learning system). Data gathered from senior students of Islamic Azad University E-Campus and Islamic Azad University Science and research Campus. E-campus learning system is virtual and Science and Research campus learning system is traditional. First the students marks were gathered from both campus, then t-test was used in order to analyze the data. In conclusion, the research shows that there is a significant difference between academic development of master students in virtual learning environment and traditional learning environment in Islamic Azad University.
