Investigate the Relationship between Organizational Support and Ethnical Leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behaviors Among Employees of Department of Education Branch in Shahrekord City

Aim and The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational support and ethical leadership with organizational citizenship behaviors among employees of Shahrekord Education Department.
The research method was descriptive-correlational and its population was consisted of all 480 staff of the education department. Using the Krejcie and Morgan formulas, 213 people were randomly selected based on the registered names in the Human Resource Unit of the organization. The research tools were 3 questionnaires consisted of the organizational support questionnaire of Eisenberger et al with 16 Questions, The Rawlod ethical leadership questionnaire with 11 questions, and Lee and Allen citizenship behavior inventory questionnaire. Data analyze were conducted using mean, standard deviation, frequency and frequency on descriptive level, and, Pearson correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and stepwise regression test on inferential level.
Findings: The results showed a positive and significant relationship between organizational support and ethical leadership with organizational citizenship behavior (p value Employees react to behaviors of organization and their colleagues. When they are respected by their human values, they are also willing to sacrifice to the organization and their colleagues and take on citizenship behaviors.
