The Value of Security in the Quran; From Institutionalization to Retribution Support

This study was an attempt to answer the question of what is the place and value of security in the Holy Qur'an, and what are the prior areas in which the security is supported retributively.It was hypothesized that security is institutionalized as a fundamental value in the Qur'an, and in cases where public safety and security or public interests or the established political order is threatened Security is criminalized and The crimes of moharebeh and corrupting the Earth, spying and betrayal, and special arrangements for dealing with this issue are noteworthy.
