Survey on the Effects of Rural Management style on the Sustainability of Rural settlements in Esfahan township

Environment potencials, provides the context for balanced creation patterns of human settlement's in geographic spaces. In this while, the people's disproportionate local migration and displacement, as a lasting durable issue, especially in irregular rural-urban migration, has drawn the attention of scholars, in various fields of humanities. This study, using an analytical way, and taking advantage of the resources available and questionnairs, has evaluated the
impacts of rural management style, on the stability of rural settlements in the city of Esfahan. The statistics population, included the two hundred thousand villagers of Esfahan Township, among which 400 husbandmen were determined randomly, as the final sample size. According to Pearson correlation coefficient, there can be seen connections between the indexes and multiple management styles in villages. As, executive management of these villages, in terms of motivation, lies in the benevolent-authoritarian style (highly oriented towards consultative style); in terms of interaction-influence parameters, lies in the benevolent-authoritarian style (oriented towards consultative style); in terms of decision-making indexes, lies in the benevolent-authoritarian style; and in terms of administrative and training objectives, lies in the benevolent-authoritarian (somehow oriented towards consultative style). However, there is a direct relationship between management style and rural settlements sustainability, among township villages. Also, zero significance level (smaller than 0.01), indicates a significant correlation between two variables of management style and settlement's sustainability. Results show that like all top to bottom actions, little consideration has been made to villager's engagement, and there has been only in the form of ordering-executive measures, resulting in abandonment and unstablitiy in the villages of Esfahan township, so that neither the development measures by the authorities have brought a sustain population, nor helping to prevent their abandonment.
