Analysis of the role of strategic planning in training sustainable development with an emphasis on environmental aspects

Background and goal: In today's competitive world, certainly one of the most important tools in the creation, development and survival of a system to achieve its desired goals and policies is the new approaches and programs of education .The aim of this study is examining the role of Strategic planning in achieving sustainable development and introducing the key educational sustainable developement strategies with regards of responding to the challenges of environment in Iran regarding to strengths , weakness , opportunities and threats.

by using descriptive – analytic method and configuring researches on the basis of SWOT analysis whit assess processes and stages in strategic planning for sutainable development training with emphasis on environment, the necessary features planned strategies and necessary principles for strategic planning in different levels motioned.
Findings: in this article work process to achieve the result in strategic model in 5 stage was mentioned and compiled sample from SWOT analysis about sustainable development environmental training in 4 sections strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and strategies about training preferences in sustainable development and environment preservation in 4 section strategies rivals/offensive, differentiating, reviewing and defensive mentioned.

training for sustainable development should be performed in strategic planning so by considering strengths and weaknesses from the bottom of available threats give chance for reconstruction of some chances which come out of them. The chosen strategies should be considered during processes of study in specific plan by local institutions and people with governmental manager strengthening policies, regulations, procedures and provisions from priority orders.
