The famous hypothesis of the Shia jurisprudents in the subject of the endowment based on the narrations of the prophet of Islam, is just the things and essence. Now the question is brought to the mind of the researcher is that: is it possible to develop the belonging of the endowment to intellectual property and spiritual affairs either or not? In this article, the author according to the descriptive method, contrary to the famous assumption, trying to developing the subject of endowment while proving the intellectual property of intellectual property and the legitimacy of intellectual property.
