Abstract:
The present study aimed to study the use of different mass media and their relationship with the distribution of power in the family did This research using the survey procedures and questionnaire Shiraz, a sample of 600 women from each of the samples the class ration scheme chosen, we were done. Theoretical framework of feminist perspectives and how to media representation of women's roles in the family and their participation in decision -making and division of labor within the home has been sexual. Power structure with three levels of participation in decision making power relations and practices of power that the results showed that the use of television, radio and international participation rates in the areas of communication, decision there is a positive and significant. Also the use of the Internet, email, SMS and construction of power relations as well as newspapers and magazines were more than double in. Among the different types of media on the Internet, ways of exercising power and power structure of the Internet is the most effective way of convincing power Saztr the Democratic power structure was more.
