The Impact of Psychological Capital on Engagement with a Job (Case Study)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of psychological capital on occupation in a trade bank.This research is an applied target and is a descriptive survey in terms of the method. Society - Statistical research includes 7853 senior executives, responsible experts and experts working in the bank. Tehran city trade. The Cochran formula was used to calculate the statistical sample size The basis of the sample size was 743 people. The number of samples was stratified random sampling. it's been chosen . The instrument for collecting information in the forthcoming research is the Lutangs Psychological Capital Questionnaire. The questionnaire is about joining the jobs of Thomas L. Laddler and Kajner. After collecting the research data,Using SPSS software, using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations.Was investigated. The results of this research showed that between optimism, self-efficacy, hope.There is a positive and significant relationship between resilience and engagement with the job.
