The Effect of Individual Values of Schwartz Model on Entrepreneurship (the Case Study of Entrepreneurship Bank of Esfahan)

Aim and
Background
In entrepreneurship studies, various approaches, such as the psychological, social and economic approaches of the community, have been considered by researchers, each of which has examined the impact of various factors on job creation. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of individual Schwartz values on entrepreneurship in the Omid Foundation of Isfahan.
Materials And Methods
The present study was conducted using a descriptive survey approach with an applied nature and a causal approach. The population was consisted of all applicants for the entrepreneurial loan of the Omid Isfahan Entrepreneurship and a sample of 110 people who were calculated using the adequacy formula for structural equations. The research tool was a researcher-made questionnaire designed based on Schwarz's individual values (1989) which was used after validity and reliability verification. The content validity was used to measure the validity of the questionnaires and to determine its reliability, Cronbach's alpha was calculated and its value for all variables was estimated from 0.79 to 0.87. The structural equation method was used in the Smart Pls3 software to investigate the hypotheses.
Findings: The results showed that Schwartz's personal values include benevolence, security, power, success, arousal, pleasure, self-reliance, and globalism, which has an impact on entrepreneurship and has the power to predict it. It was also found that the co-authorship and traditionalism variables do not affect the entrepreneurship of the borrowers of Isfahan Omid Fund.
Conclusions
Given that values through socializing institutions such as the family, Government, school, media, religious and social institutions enter the personality structure of adolescents It is suggested that there are 8 effective factors to be mentioned Through these institutions, they will be institutionalized from childhood through education.
