Direction to technology and defense innovation must be through the policy, development and modernization of the technology and defense innovation system.

Therefore, the main purpose of this research is "to explain the effective dimensions of designing the strategic Pattern of policy making in the field of defense technology and innovation." In this regard, the main question of the study is "What are the dimensions of the strategic Pattern of policy making in the field of defense technology and innovation" "This research in terms of type is applicable-developmental one and its the method of doing is a case study.
