The role of teamwork in empowering members of public organizations

Abstract:
One of the criteria that today's organizations consider to be ahead of their rivals is the focus on human resource management, in particular the empowerment of employees and members in organizations, and on the other hand, team culture and teamwork. Many organizations require strong teams to adapt themselves to the environment for their flexibility. Today teamwork is important in organizations, and multi-task teamwork is essential for the success of organizations. In the changing marketplace today, without teamwork, full focus on the members and their empowerment will not be possible. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of teamwork on the empowerment of NGO members in Iran's Rescue House. The method of data collection in this research was survey based on a researcher-made questionnaire. The statistical population of this research is 7000 members of this organization in Iran. Using Morgan table, 365 people have been evaluated and spss has been used to analyze and describe the variables and research hypotheses. The results of the research show that the components of team work (specific goals, coordination, communication, good leadership, support, solidarity and decision making) have had a positive effect on the empowerment of the members of the NGO's House of Rescue.
