Investigating the relationship between self-efficacy and the source of control with the professional ethics of the teachers second elementary

The present study was carried out to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and source control with professional ethics of second grade elementary teachers. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population consisted of the teachers of the second elementary school of Joybar which according to the Morjgan and Morjans table, 175 were randomly- Were selected and responded to Sherer and colleagues self-efficacy tests, Rutter's control source, and Gregory's professional ethics. The results were analyzed by correlation and regression tests. Results showed that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and the source of control with teachers' professional ethics. There is a relationship between the components of self-efficacy and the source of control with the professional ethics of teachers. As well as the share of each component of self-efficacy and control source in the prediction of teacher's professional ethics is different. As a component of general self-efficacy with a beta of 0.47, the internal control source with 0.23 beta has the largest share in the prediction of teacher's professional ethics they had.
