Abstract:
Professionalization is a key concept. The expansion of the strategic Role of human resources has led human resource experts to focus on professionalization of the field of HRM. The purpose of this research is to design a conceptual framework of professionalization in the field of human resource management. In order to achieve this goal, the approach to collect data Grounded theory was used. Using this approach, the main phenomena, causal conditions, interventional conditions, context conditions, strategies and implications of these strategies were identified. In-depth Semi-structured interviews were used as a tool for collecting information. The participants in the current research interviews were 15 human resource managers and experts, human resources Professors and researchers and human resource managers. Data analysis was performed in three stages: open coding, axial coding and selective coding. By analyzing the data of the interview in this research, the conceptual framework of professionalism in the field of HRM was extracted. In this framework, the dimensions of the paradigm model were extracted. Results of This Research and Methodology can be used as the basis for analyzing professionalization of the field of human resource management of Public organizations. Finally, based on the findings of the study, suggestions are presented.
