Studying the physical development process of Dehdasht as a case study

Abstract:

One of the import processes of city life is the fast physical development of cities. Uncontrolled and unbalanced development of cities caused by a great number of migrations and population growth. Dehdasht has had an extensive growth influenced by a variety of factors. Some of the consequences of the growth including physical areas discreteness, environmental problems, lack of some services and land uses, and disorder in the physical form of Dehdasht, are considered as basic problems of civil network of from physical development of a city is a process through which physical area and spaces of a city develop quantitatively and qualitatively in horizontal and vertical directions during time. The aim of the present paper is the physical study of Dehdasht duringthe years 1380 to 1390. In this research the various aspects of physical development of Dehdasht were studied through descriptive and inferential analysis by software's. The results of the study indicated serious effects of population changes and migration to Dehdasht during 1380s
