Effective Factors on Implementation the Superior Intelligence Service’s Organizational Knowledge Management in Yazd Commanding Headquarter
Scope and
Nowadays, organizations act in a full competitive as well as dynamic atmosphere that their most important investment is their personnel. The main aim of this study is to evaluate the effective factors on implementation the service’s organizational knowledge management in Yazd commanding headquarter through phasi view point.
present study by nature is a descriptive, measuring and applied study. For examining the fluency of questionnaire it used the context validity which together proved the questionnaire. The Kronbach alpha coefficient was used to justify the stability. The population consists of 55 of Yzd personnel and the sample volume has been taken by Kokran formula. In spite of this, more questionnaires were distributed among sample population and finally 60 questionnaire collected and analyzed. This study was done depending on research methods in operation. For determining the research indexes ,we applied multi indexes of decision making samples. Achieved data was analyzed by VB encoding in Excel software. For identifying the best choice it used the VICOR,TOPSIS, SAW and BORDA by phasi viewpoint.
Finding and
Personnel have to revise their interactions with the work and themselves and with creating necessary fields for cultural, social interactions, operating information and communication webs among educated personnel provide a suitable atmosphere for integrating different types of knowledge. Based on achieved results, Personnel interactions is seen as the most important effective factor for implementing the organizational knowledge management while, personnel’s individual obligation is the has the least importance among other factors.
