Green Transformational Leadership Role Based on Improving Green Creativity through Green Organizational Identity

Abstract:

In this study, the role played by green (eco) transformational leadership in promoting green creativity through green organizational identity is examined. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in nature.. A questionnaire was used to collect the data, which managers and staff of tourist hotels answered. For this study, 250 hotel staff and 250 supervisors and bosses were contacted. The findings of this study show that green leadership has a positive impact on green organizational identity, which in turn leads to the improvement of green creativity in organizations. It was also found that resource allocation acts as a mediator and moderator in the relationship between green organizational identity and green creativity. Therefore, hotels should increase their resource allocation to improve green creativity among their staff. Based on the findings of this study, the concepts needed for practitioners in this field will be discussed.
