Study and Analysis of Factors Improving of Earthquake Crisis Management, Case Study: Varzeghan County

The purpose of the present was to study and analysis of factors improving of earthquake crisis management of the rural areas of Varzeghan County. The research method was analytical -explanative survey type. the population in this study consists of all damage of villages of north Ozomdol Dehstan and households residing in these villages. Sample size was determined based on the Cochran’s formula and the required data were collected through questionnaires. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability was determined based on Cronbach's alpha (0.86-0.91). in order to analyze the data, factor analysis model was used and the results of this model showed the most important factors improving of earthquake crisis management of the rural areas of Varzeghan County includes four components (reinforcement of information and structural empowerment, reinforcement of villagers resiliency and government interventional action, reinforcement of cooperation and mutality among villagers and reinforcement of rural physical infrastructures and refactoring of residence) that explained variance and the cumulative variance by the five 61.12. Finally, according to the study results, a number of recommendations also presented.
